Thoughts/feedback on Mr Affiliate

Well this forum's looking pretty empty, which I'm taking as a good sign to be honest with you but seeing as the last post in here was made about six months ago I thought I'd try and get some action going by asking how you guys are finding working with Mr Affiliate.

Any thoughts (negative and positive!) definitely welcome,

I think they are pretty good - they are responsive, have a good selection of slot games (from IGT, Microgaming and NetEnt) and run decent promotions.

Conversion is ok for me and commissions are decent too.

For me, conversions and earnings are very inconsistent with Mr Green. My affiliate manager (Gemma) is usually quick to respond, though, which is good.

Is anyone having problem accessing affiliate backend? Or is it just my browser?

Are you use IE? I seem to recall the NetRefer system not working on IE, which meant using FF or Chrome when checking NetRefer stats.

BTW, there's a decent thread here somewhere at AGD re. Mr Affiliate.

Cant fault them, I play there too and i get 48 hour payouts :) the next day theirs no reverse possible (not so good for us)

But i do push them alot.

I see a lot of USA signups. I'm told these are a bug in the NetRefer system.
does anyone see usa listed as country?

I'll ask again.
under customer reporting I see a lot of players' countries listed as United States of America.
I never saw this with others using Netrefer software.
Anyone else ever seen this?

Hi there,

We had this issue few years ago, when all the players that do not come from a country / language that is offered on the site , for ex : Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria etc - was automatically assigned as ''US'' as Country. This was a bug on the system but it was fixed quite a long time ago.

So, if these players you mentioned as ''United States of America'' are some old players who signed up few years ago, this is normal. If they are new players , please let me know and I will check asap.

I guess those are from the 2011-2012 period.
Can you look in to my player base to see what the story? I would think with 150 players some would be wagering. Maybe I can change some things to a get few more conversions.
