DMCA or if they're traceable and it makes sense, take them to court.

It's back online and has more indexed pages than the original site.

@edgarf76 - it's using cloudflare... BUT... donig some digging, I've located the IP being used to host the site (which cloudflare is hiding)... This info is below:

A direct-connect IP address was found: onlineandbetting.com 62.210.93.61 FRANCE
Previous lookups for this domain:
2018-03-12: onlineandbetting.com 62.210.93.61 FRANCE

A DMCA only caries legality in the USA. Hence, submit one to Google, Yahoo, Bing. You could also try submitting one to Cloudflare BUT they've been known to disregard DMCA's, stating their specific nod (of the offending site) is not on USA soil. Though, it's worth submitting a DMCA anyway.

You could also try contacting the hosting provider from 62.210.93.61, but don't hold hope with that. Seems most hosting providers these days require a court order to take stuff down.

Why bother with Host DMCA? Go with Google DMCA. After all if his site is omitted from the search would you really care? https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-dashboard.

Enter the main page, enter any page you want, or go nuts ENTER ALL PAGES. Give them detailed explanation and show them when you've created your stuff and they will remove the site from the index. Job done. No host digging, no host dmca. You hit them where it hurts. Traffic.

I thought one of the conditions of having the GPWA Approved Portal badge was to have a contact page on the said website and that the badge itself was to be linked to the approved portal information.

@DaftDog Casinofetch is a approved portal and it did have a link(Please confirm with Mike Corfman). I had sucuri run a scan and they found malware. They removed the malware but now all of my widgets disapeared and all of those images in the footer don't have links. I don't have a backup. Do you have any suggestions on how to get my widgets working?

@edgarf76 - are you saying you don't have a clean DB "backup"?

And, how the hell did your site get infected with Malware!
This cloning is starting to sound more like a hack, that just a scraping ;)

GPWA Approved Portal Seal
GPWA members can apply to place the GPWA Seal of Approval on their portal sites. When visitors to a site click on the seal, they will see a detailed explanation of the true significance of your GPWA membership: it lets everyone know that you've gone the extra mile, and that they can rest assured that you are serious about operating your site in a responsible fashion.

If a member failed to operate a site responsibly then GPWA could revoke your seal of approval. Pasting an image of the GPWA badge is not how it's supposed to be done as this removes their control of the seal.

The Sucuri scan may have identified the GPWA code as malware. I know there was a security alert about this code a couple of years ago but apparently it was sorted out.

Whats up guys, someone stole and cloned casinofetch.com on onlineandbetting dot com. They litteraly copied my site and content and made their own logo and have it ranking.

Out of interest how did you discover this.?

I see you have the CopyScape logo on the site, are you using that?

yes, you are correct. Sucuri found malware and removed it. I sent google a email for copywrite and signed up for dmca. Hopefully it will be resolved shortly. Thank you all for you suggestions and help!

A BIG BIG LOOOOOL. You bought into the whole DMCA protection websites that charge you for a LOGO and acting on your behalf. By law any copyright material is already protected by Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Plus Google's DMCA form is enough for anyone to claim their rights.

After all a human reviews those and acts. There's NO them. DMCA.com is just a private company that sells badges to "protect" your website (HA). And for the small fee of 199$ they will fill in the DMCA notices for you (plus the 10$/month fee).
