That is an amazing amount of funds.. I would agree "Money laundering" or something similar going on... I mean he could be legit somehow, but thats a crazy amount.

Quarantine helps you - these losses are not counted against other players.
Is the amount in USD or Namibian Dollars (roughly 1/16th of a USD).

If the person has played 3,000,000 (whatever) and is up 119,000 then he's roughly up 4% - unusual - but not impossible.

If he has been up more and stopped when he started losing his "profits" then unfortunately I think you've run into a very smart player.
Be thankful he is in Quarantine ...

Don't under estimate African countries. Namibia is more sophisticated than you think. It has a small population and is a reasonably wealthy country: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namibia.

Yes statistics don't lie but they do average things out. This is but one Namibian who could be a business owner, game farm owner, mine owner, super affiliate or a hundred other possible scenarios. So just assuming the worst because the person is a Namibian is a bit discriminatory. That's all I'm saying. I live in South Africa and I some times find peoples preconceived ideas about Africa a bit disturbing.

My personal opinion is that 90% of all whales, no matter which country they live in, are probably blowing money they can't afford to lose and only stop when they eventually go broke or end up in jail.

Not just Nambia.. but any country that has a small population very little money but a random player dropping 80k daily.. it's a red flag... even if it was the UK it would still be a red flag due to the daily volume, however break down the odds of one guy in 2 million "GDP of 6k per year" and you cannot ignore that it's suspicious... it has nothing to do with Nambia but more probabilities
