Hi Guys

Just had a glance at my stats and it showed these numbers :

date  InitialDeposits  deposits  bets  withdrawals  grosswin  coupons  credits  netwin  commission
Feb 1, 2014, 12:00:00 AM 0.00 169.95 2,129,239.34 0.00 -142,773.63 418.47 1,624.22 -144,816.32 -43,444.90

I would, wait.. This player is likely to play some of the winnings since he can't cash out all at once.. I have seen players put it all back.

You could have a newly large and hooked player.

If in the coming months the player does not show any interest in coming back and playing the balance, then I would contact AE and kindly ask for a de-tag of this player and a balance reset.

That's what I would do..

Pretty much what they said.

Don't panic now, if you give me a day or two so I can gather the info on the player/s causing the issue, we can make more of an informed decision then.

I'm on paternity right now so access to the info I need is a little harder to come by. So bear with me and I'll find out what I can.

Cheers.

That's a lot of turnover (2.1 million) on a deposit of less than $200.
Will be interesting to hear why they got $1600 in manager credits too.

those look like gross stats for all players/properties to me.

Could be a player hit a random jackpot and made larger bets.

I'd drill it down to the specific casino.

It is for the Lucky Red Casino only.

I would just wait it out for a while, and see what happens with the player,
and if they don't give much of it back.. then I'd see if the affiliate program
would be willing to work something out to get you back to a zero balance.

Just to clarify these are gross stats for the brand, not an individual player. So the stats you see are for the month I believe.

I just had a quick look into this as it's playing on my mind, I understand that this is a big hit to take on an individuals earnings so thought you'll also be thinking about it a little bit.

I assume all is good to mention here as it's been brought to the forum?

The player has been with us since September 2013 and is a keen slots player. It's obvious we have a winner her and they currently have a pending cashout value of over $157k...via check.

Based on similar events in the recent past, I would wait it out and see how it plays out. I've seen it happen where just days before the end of a month a player won big and it turned out that the very same player gave the affiliate their best earning month with us ever.

Obviously at this point it's wait and see event, but we'll keep an eye on it and work with you to help you out no matter what.

Keep in touch though inspiration, I'll be back in the office in a week but Stephen is at the helm (managers@affiliateedge.com) who will be able to follow things up. My advice would be wait out this month and see where we stand.

Wow never thought that this would be possible, that guy is really a pro ?!
It is a sad day for the casino to have this lucky player !

But first the player must play it all back for me to overcome this huge negative.
No rush we will see Martyn ! ;D

Thanks for the quick response !

We will see, I've already sent Stephen an email so when he gets in tomorrow he can follow up and keep an eye on it all in my absence.

Hopefully though, by 12 dirty nappies time you'll be a happy guy when pay day comes around. :)

Just as an update, the player has lost the win back, bringing the OP back in the black this month.

It took a little longer than usual, but it happened and the player is still playing.

Boy I would have taken the money and ran far far away. Thank God the average gambler doesn't. Out of curiosity, how the hell can the person deposit a check of that size in the US without raising flags as to where it came from?

Grats for getting your head above water OP :)

They can't, as a single check anyway. It would be multiple checks (if that's the way they wanted to go) or multiple cashout methods to help increase the amount we can pay out at a time.

It was a US player and they were aware of the payout schedule. We're also still waiting for them to verify their account with us.

That is seriously sad.

It's gambling. Some players don't actually mind losing, they're in it for the buzz and the thrill of the chase. But, if it were me I know I would have cashed out and treated myself/my family with that kind of money, so yes in that respect it is sad.

Here we go again now a winning player at Manhattan Slots : $44,000 win, -$13,000 commissions.

congrats!

I saw this. And I also saw that the player lost most of it already. Smallish balance which you'll likely see back soon based on this players history.
