Do you want to find out some information about gambling licenses? Are you looking forward to apply for a license and you need some information about it? If your answer is yes, then your search ends here.

My name is Vlad Sikorsky, and I`m representing “Legiterra” LLC, your personal assistant in obtaining gambling license.

Our company has been helping out people through the minefield of obtaining gambling licenses for several years. We have been providing bespoke gaming, betting and services with regards to gambling licenses to corporate and government customers as well. If you are looking for professional consultants with a huge experience, you came to the right place for an advice regarding your gambling license.

If you are starting an online casino, then our company can assist you. Through direct government contacts we are able to obtain the ideal license for your business. There is no government regulation on how the business is operated, which software is used and where servers are hosted. Very economic registration and renewal costs make this a truly outstanding license within the gaming industry.

With a casino license you can legally conduct every kind of casino games such as Roulette, Black Jack, Baccarat, Poker and slotmachines as well as all other card and cubic games. The casino may conduct businesses world wide through the internet securing customers from all over the globe. It may also open as many representation branches as it wishes. For this purpose we recommend the use of our virtual office service. The actual license is held by a specifically registered offshore corporation. This provides vast legal advantages, as well as keeping all the profits from the casino tax free and indemnifies the directors from any possible liability. The casino license application takes from 4 to 6 weeks.
We provide easy merchant account solutions for online payment and credit card processing also.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,
Vlad Sikorsky,
“Legiterra” LLC

Technically, there is government regulation. But they are trying to create very democratic environment for gambling business without any bureaucracy.

What countries do you cover?

And do you have any existing casinos that are willing to recommend your company?

What countries do you cover?
Isle of Man, Malta, Alderney, Dominion of Melchizedek, Belize, Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake (Canada), Antigua and Barbuda, Dominican Republic, Principality of Hutt River, Costa Rica.

The easiest way to get gambling license is to work with gambling commissions of Kahnawake, Dominion of Melchizedek and Principality of Hutt River. But at the moment I would recommend Principality of Hutt River as jurisdiction for your gambling business.

And do you have any existing casinos that are willing to recommend your company?
Anonymity and privacy are the parts of our contracts with clients and I`m afraid we cannot ask their recommendations.

Dominion of Melchizedek and Principality of Hutt River are some very exotic names even in this industry :)

I also didn't know Dominican Republic offers online gambling licenses. Is it something new?

Dominican Republic offers 3 types of gambling licenses: for Casino, for Sport books and for Lottery.
And each type of license has a different cost.

Well, I`m not recommending DoM as jurisdiction for your gambling business, but working with them is one of the easiest way to get gambling license.

You need gambling license to make your merchant account working. That`s the goal.
Total cost of Malta`s license is around 120000 EUR, plus annual license renewal fees. I think it`s too expensive.

Hutt River Gambling Licence

Hi all,
I am interested in obtaining a Hutt River Gambling Licence. Did any one of you already took this approach and can tell me his experiences ?
Thanks in advance.

Hutt River is situated in Western Australia. It won its sovereignty in 1970.

However doing a google map search all I see is paddocks, trees and a lot of dirt.

Maybe it's like Coober Pedy, they live under ground cause of the hash heat

Cheers

Have to wonder why a company who is supposedly offering legitimate gaming licenses, would post to a Black Hat Forum. Let alone use forums to announce their upcoming website opening.

xxxhttp://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/business-tax-advice/208870-gambling-license-quick-easy-affordable.html

found this dubious listing too:

First of all, Black Hat Forum has many gambling business owners, that's why my company is interested in this forum.

What about our domain name, it was ours then we've lost it. And from May 2010 it's ours again.

We guarantee our services 100% by signing a contract. We're not asking to transfer money for nothing.

Hi Vlad Sikorsky,
such an Hutt River Gambling licence sounds very interesting. Hutt River Principality is a country like Monaco, San Mariono or Aruba. Why not using that as a favour? Would you contact me off-site please so we can discuss the matter in a more depth? Regds, Wolf.

Well I read it as someone very interested in learning more about another members reasons for selecting a certain thing and he asked that member to send a private pm to discuss this more in private so he does not sound like he is selling something to me on the forum. Just my thoughts we will let the dog decide.

You don't find it the least particular that Wolf signed up yesterday and out of all the threads, his first post was to this thread.

About a gaming license I'm sure not too many of us seasoned affiliate knew existed.

I am interested in obtaining a Hutt River Gambling Licence. Did any one of you already took this approach and can tell me his experiences ?

Ironically followed by his 2'nd post requesting information.

Things that make you go, hmmm

Did someone already try to acquire an Alderney gambling license? They have a very good reputation and are trusted in most parts of the world.

I think Malta is the best from your list, because it is a EU member, and it is more trusted.
