Suprnation not paying and not responding for way over 1 year - RESOLVED

We've had a lot of issues with unpaid commissions and lack of responses over few years with Suprnation.

Total amount of unpaid commissions is now few K's and I just can't get hold of anyone there who would take care of the issues.

Any ideas?

I wouldn't hold your breath for DoubleDown to do the right thing by Affiliates - it seems there is an ecosystem change and all of these programs are quick on the uptake of how to avoid paying. Affiliates will have to adapt to newer remuneration models, it appears, otherwise, we are all just working for free.

I got originally 1 reply from Vera asking what's our affiliate username, but no reply since. And this has happened multiple times, I've contacted Vera, she is quick to reply at first, but then nothing and I've just left it at that.

I'll try to send Vera one more email to see if I get any response.

I got reply back from Vera. She told me they are on it and will get back to me - as well as you - once she get reply from finance. Let's hope this all gets sorted out.

Can confirm their reply as well. And to Suprnation's defense, they actually had paid me in the past and the unpaid amount was lower than I initially thought. I'm certain that they'll handle this now and will confirm once I get my payment.
