Supreme Play Casino (Rival)

Has anyone else noticed that Supreme Play Casino is stealing our players from 21 Grand Casino and NOT cross promoting them?

I brought this up to Andy in a private conversation a few weeks back just for the record but I have still not seen any change in the cross promotion realm and the fact that it does appear now that they have taken all of my 21 Grand and Gold Rock players without giving me the credit for the original conversion.

I caught them red handed doing this in the first couple of days that Supreme Play came online and they did give me one of the players back but I believe that was simply because I had a screenshot of the player making a deposit there at Supreme Play that was also one of my players at 21 Grand and when I questioned why my commission had first showed up and then been removed, Maxim B., had him added back to my account.

I had several email exchanges back and forth with Maxim and the last one was on April 1st and Maxim told me then that they would be back in touch with me about this issue but I have not heard another word to this date about this issue.

Seems to be the M.O. with this bunch.

Errrr... how did you get that? :confused:

It's always a worry for affiliates that casinos can steal players when they open a new casino. The problem is it's almost impossible to prove unless you are in constant contact with all your referred players - and who is?

BTW, you still haven't shown up on the Rival casino which you said you went to via one of my links, which is more than a bit worrying. Are you 100% sure mine was the first or only link you clicked?
Maybe we could cross-sign-up to any new ones which come along - I would be very happy to return the favour.
(I can't do it for any of your existing Rivals, because I'm pretty sure I've already joined ALL of them!)

I think this is a great idea! dose anyone want to buddy up with me? send me a pm.. I have a few programs that I'm suspicious of taking my players away, or not giving me the player credit.

I have just come across this thread, to which I am a bit surprised at as we sent out to all our affiliates an email updating them of the new site on 27th March, we sent this email several days before our CAP and PR announcements and one and half weeks before we made one announcement to our players, giving our affiliates enough time to run a campaign and get tracking links in place.
We did invite a hand full of our VIP players (no more then ½ a dozen) to come by a few days before to try the site out with any Q & A’s.

I have spoken to Maxim and believe that he spoke to you confirming that everything had been cleared up,
We are available on line and on the phone more or less 24/7.

If you have any other problems or questions then please be in touch with me as I am the new affiliate manager and would like to be your point of contact for anything.

Hello Claire, the last time Maxim spoke with me was thru his last email he sent me on April 1st, well over a month ago, where his last words in the email was:

"I will contact you later with more details."

"Best,
Maxim"

I never heard from him after that. He has probably forgotten now what it was exactly he was supposed to be getting back to me about.....

Anyway Clair, I don't think you understood the first post well, this is about you guys NOT Cross-promoting our existing players from 21Grand Casino. I had several there at Supreme show up the first couple of days and after that they simply disappeared, like they had never even been there....that is what all of the email exchanges between myself and maxim were about. I forwarded all of them to Andy here as well....so he also knows the history on this one for a month now.
