anyone else having issues with them?
As with most Rivals, it's VERY hard to convert players these days, so I have no need to contact most of their programs.
Having said that, Superior have always been one of the better ones and I've had no problem contacting them & getting a response in the past.
How exactly have you tried to contact them? How many times? And how long have you been waiting for an answer?
I contacted them by email on the 25th, a few days ago. ( re-send them the same email just now)
I hope things are good with them but since they didn't reply, hmm fingers crossed.

always been upstanding members never had any issues in any dealings with them sometimes guys just are overworked and miss things we are human are we not glad the issue got sorted
Roger informed me they are currently having issues with the affiliate payments (MB).
I asked him to open a thread here at AGD stating the issues and updates.
Now no response anymore from Superiorshare, money is still not paid.
No updates, is superiorcasino also not paying players now?
Has anyone blacklisted superiorcasino yet?
I just posted an update on the thread I opened about MB payment. Unfortunately MB/Skrill has not yet become available but have confirmation from Rival that it is coming. I ask for everyone's patience. Payments will be issued as soon as we have MB back. Conversely, affiliates can update their payment method and we will process immediately.
Payment over 2 months late now, no updates, anyone blacklisted them yet?
They have been notified of the thread and I moved this into SuperiorShare's forum so that they get notified of the post. They will attend to it.
Ocportal, we will be glad to issue your payment if you change your payment method to Neteller, Bank Wire or EcoCard. Most affiliates have changed to Neteller until we get the Moneybookers issue in order.
Moneybookers has been slow to process Rival's application for a new merchant account. So I would rather have affiliates change their payment methods so as to get their payments asap.

Why would Moneybookers close their MB account, a company which seems to do business in an ethical way, can't be then can it???
We are talking about my November 2012 commissions, you can pay me by MB or send the outstanding funds via wire transfer.
Clearly I do not tolerate your ridiculous min. $1000 rule for wire transfer payments in this situation.
