Strange negatives in my account?

Hello, I do not see my AM anymore online on skype, don't know, maybe he is not my AM anymore?
Also in my affiliate account, I still read that an affiliate manager has to be assigned.
So not sure who I have to contact, so I am posting my question here.

I see negatives in my account:

I checked my account ( I really do not like the new program at all) and I see in payment history for May 14
Casino FA Revenue Share- All except EP - Opening Balance (€ 517.13)
Poker FA Revenue Share - Opening Balance ( €20.40)

And then again for June I start again with negatives?
(€ 300.55)
( €20.40)

Now, I searched around to find out where this negatives come from, cannot find it.
I do not find it in historical reports, I also get nothing if I click on Highroller reports.
I cannot find a colum for chargebacks .........

Can you please let me know more about this?

Same experience here :(
Everywhere I look, regardless if it's historical, highroller any link under "Reports" all I see is a big fat €0 or another 0 for stats.

Whoever designed this "new system" is definitately not an affiliate - it's not affiliate friendly at all.

I do have an affiliate manager. Though, last word from him was weeks ago, going on about some marketing campaign he was going to do against all the non-depositing-players I'd accumulated over the years... Got that email and nothing since.

I personally don't like any programs where I can't view a range of dates. Seems many mg programs have changed to a months' view at time.
