In a few words:

During August 2013:

New real players: 1
Income: 2832.48
% Margin: 10.7 ???
Profit: 288.08
Bonuses: 36.02
Progressive contribution: 1.62
Deduction: 37.64

at the end:
revenue share earnings: 62.61
total earnings: 62.61

Did I understand? The income for the casino was more than 2800€ and it was applied a 10.7%?? But I have a 50/50 Fair Share (Receive 50% flat revenue share for the first two month and from 25% to 50% lifetime guaranteed!!)

Could you explain me why 10.7% (it should be at least 25% guaranteed!)?

And how, starting from 288 euros, I can earn only 62 at the end?!?!?

ps: please, don't ask me to write an email to affiliates@gowildcasino.com

Thank You

Hi,
in your email you just asked me my contact number or Skype ID... and I replied with the last required info.

But, whatever it will be the explanation, according my opinion and comparing with other affiliate programs, it is absurd that (based on the previous percentages) the casino income shoud be for example 28.000€ to have an earning (for me) of only 600€!

I want just to know if it's right that: the Casino income was 2800€, then it was applied a 10% for my margin and then, from 280€, my earning was only 60€. My program is 50/50 Fair Share.. so it states that I should receive 50% flat revenue share for the first two month and from 25% to 50% lifetime guaranteed!!

But I'm going to wait your explanation..

Regards,

Simply, my mistake was to consider the 2800 euros as the profit for the Casino (so the word "income" confused me) instead the 280 euros are the gross profit for the casino and then my earnings are calculated from that. I hope to have been clear! :D
