We have marked Star Partner with a 'Warning' Terms Icon - TEMPORARILY

Star Partner has also implemented a high roller policy, but claim that it fences the winner IMMEDIATELY like Casino Coins does. As such, we will be marking them with a warning.... if their term does not CLEARLY STATE this within a week, they will be marked the same as Roxy and Playshare.

The difference here, if they use the term like Casino Coins does, is that their clause is not predatory. A predatory clause would be one that 'steals' affiliate income.

This term is RETROACTIVE, meaning that it applies to affiliates regardless of their active contract.

  1. Retroactively Applied
  2. Month 1 Earnings are NOT lost
  3. Net Win of $3,000 is considered a 'High Roller'

The image below shows that with immediate fencing, you will NOT lose your first month's income from your remaining players at Star Partner {IF THEY CLARIFY THEIR TERMS PROPERLY}. This is definitely the proper way to fence large winners.

As such, we have labeled Star Partners with a warning terms icon (TEMPORARILY) until which time our new system is rolled out - where we will be able to more clearly define programs and their terms changes.

Dont they say a 3K win counts already for the high roller policy?

I moved your thread to the Star Partner thread from Playshare, BTW.

You will note that on Star Partner we are 'reserving judgement' until they amend their terms, which is coming soon according to their posts.

$25k, $10k, $3k... there isn't any difference at all if they fence in the first month.

If they DO NOT fence in the first month, there is a huge difference, of course (but only if the player never plays again).

One of the worst things since the creation of this term and the updated Starpartner affiliate interface a few years ago is actually that the activity of the affected HR players is not traceable anymore at all. Besides the quarantined value and the casino's total net revenue there is no information about these customers. This is a complete dive in the darkness.

Starpartner claim that a more detailed reporting system is being planned so let's see what will come out of this after all this time.

The site and reports seem to be back online.

Today they sent out a newsletter:

During the past week we have experienced unplanned maintenance issues that have resulted in an urgent upgrade to our entire infrastructure.
