Star Partner have changed the FAQ which now states that they will pay affiliate commissions within the first 7 days of the month.

12. How often am I paid? Star Partner processes the affiliate payments within the first 5 7 working days of each month.
Summary:Star Partners have changed their payment date for affiliates, but only by a couple days. No big alarm bells on this one.
