The terms have always come up as identical, so I did a manual verification and came up the same results - no changes.
Then I noticed that they moved URL locations and kept the old terms live
I have a method in the system that is supposed to catch this type of thing, but for some reason it did not for Star Games (I'll have to find out why).
I ran an update and the terms are pretty much completely re-written. I'll find out what changed in the contract and put out a terms alert today. Sorry for that!!! Damn programmers (oh, wait, I programmed the spider... doh!)

Termination will not relieve the Affiliate from any liability arising from any breach of this Agreement, which occurred prior to termination.</li></ul></li><li>

Unsuitable sites may include those that; promote sexually explicit materials, are targeted towards children or minors, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, promote illegal activities, are targeted towards citizens from Restricted Territories, or violate intellectual property rights. </li><li>In cases of fraud or suspected fraud pursuant to the terms set out in Clause 10.3.</li><li>In case of any breach by the Affiliate of the obligations (especially pursuant to Clause 4 and 7) and rules of these Terms and Conditions.</li></ul><p>In case of termination, the Commission shall be calculated until the date of termination. The Affiliate will be entitled only to those unpaid referral fees if any earned by the Affiliate on or prior to the date of termination. If the Affiliate fails to fulfill his obligations and responsibilities, the Operator will not pay the Affiliate the referral fees otherwise owing to the Affiliate on termination. There are plenty of changes, but it really is a complete re-write. As such, it can only be a re-review of the terms.

Dave, can you edit your post... I made the mistake with the Termination Clause. That term was removed and for some reason my manual review (in which I use a difference program) was errant.
