400 Group:

It with enormous regret that we inform you that effective immediately, all of 400Affiliates casinos can no longer accept players from France and all existing French player accounts at our casinos will be settled and closed.

This was an unexpected but necessary move due to current legal requirements in France. This decision is beyond our control but if anything changes, we will let you know immediately.

Spain and France have required specific local licensing for some time.
I guess the question is why are they following local restrictions now - after ignoring them for so long?

Perhaps they are planning to legitimise their operations in order to enter other stricter markets?

I just got notification that Superior casino are also pulling out of Spain and FRANCE.

So far, all we have heard is that A R J E L is behind these forced closures.

We have not heard anything pertaining to our brands, however Rival are in constant communication with the various hosting providers.
