Spain’s Digital Gambling Association Criticizes Spanish ad Restrictions

Spain’s digital gambling association, Jdigital’s criticizes Spanish government proposed ad restriction and issues a response to the European Gambling Commission, aiming that proposed regulation is “disproportionate and unjustified”.

With the new law, among other restrictions, gambling advertisement would be allowed from 1AM to 5AM, bonuses and sports sponsorship for gambling operators would be banned.
