Slow Payment

    I hate to post this, but I have had email after email, exchanging information for promises of payment, and yet here we are on the 23rd of October and still no payment.

    This is not a bad program, they try hard to resolve issues but so far just manage to fall short month after month.

    Not ready to give up on them, but PLEASE, let's get this straightened out.

    Let me know if you would like one of us to pound on their doors for you. They really are a good group and I am sure you will be paid, however, it's never fun waiting longer than expected for your hard-earned cash.

    Thanks for the offer, but I was hoping one of them would read this and take action.

    You are right, they are a good group they just need to wrap up the loose ends. Now if they would just get rid of the negagtive carryover - LOL

    Ready to give up!

    Well, here we are on the 29th and still no payment in my account despite several emails stating that they were "working" on the issue. This is really getting frustrating! Any help you may be able to provide would be gratefully accepted.

    E-Mails - now up to a 21 day wait?

    Here is a partial email trail so far. This last part just dumbfounds me. I have NEVER heard of an ACH transfer taking "up to 21 days"???. Is it just me? This just keeps getting more and more frustrating!!

    I spoke with my boss and he has assured me that your payment was sent on our side. He wrote me this:



    Hi Nicole

    This has been paid by ACH, we upload the details and then it is out of our hands, unfortunately this can take up to 21 days to arrive in the bank account. It has been paid. A check may take even longer.

    The transfer is showing as ‘in progress’ in the intercash system.

    21 days is a VERY long time :(

    I have 2 affiliate programs that pay me via wire. one of them takes 10-15 days and the other takes 4-5. I would guess it depends upon the service they use for wire.

    Stilll Nothing

    Well, here we are on November 8th and not only is the money not in my account now I do not even receive answers to my email. I have emailed twice in the last week to ask for a trace number so that my bank can see if the money is out there somewhere in limbo and I have not gotten a response.

    Am I the only one this happens to? Very frustrating at this point. :mad:

    I'm sure it's extremely frustrating. We have always been paid on time by CWC, but that doesn't mean everyone is.

    I'll will follow up, but will need you to PM your CWC user name so that I can talk about your account issues specifically to Jonathan.

    I spoke to Nicole about this and she is very aware of the problem, they are tracing your ach payment now and she is also contacting her boss again today on this. If I may suggest to you to maybe try another payment option for the future so you don't have any probles also. This is a top notch program and I know they will do all they can to get you paid :)

    I would also email Nicole and ask for a trace # so you can take that to your bank and try to have this traced as well.

    Thanks for the help. I have emailed Nicole twice requesting a trace and received no response. I don't understand the issue at all, ACH is a fairly straight forward payment method. You are correct, they have been good to work with that is why this issue has been so frustrating. I'll keep you posted.

    Please do and yeah I know the ACH should be a non issue but I know some banks have been bouncing them back or the programs have to go through a 2nd processor it is all very crazy now days...lol

    If your not contacted by Monday with some sort of a response please let me know and I will go direct to the big guy :)

    Will do. Thanks. I spoke to my bank and they stated clearly they don't care who is sending the payment as long as the details are correct. Hope this gets cleared up soon :)

    Well, here we are on Monday (US) at 1530 and no email, no money, no answer. Of course to be fair, today is a holiday in the US, so no banking. I would have at least expected the trace number.

    I am very happy to say that payment has finally reached my account. I hope this was a 1 time issue and that my relationship with CWC will be long and prosperous!
