Slotocash and Rival games

Slotocash just sent out an email about Rival Games with a link to play those games in the flash casino. My question is this... how will that associate with our affiliate accounts for Rival? I somehow have lost all my players I had for Slotocash over a lot of years. I want to know that those players are not being taken from me yet again.

Please let me know how this association to affiliate is going to work.

All of a sudden I'm getting the weekly summaries for all my Rivals again. I never really found out why they keep stopping and then resume months later.

slotplayer, I can only confirm the reason for not getting mailings relating to our brand, this has to do with the domain switch to RTG. Mailings were set up on the .com domains now we are using the .co.uk domains you will start getting the mails again.

As far as the Rival summaries go, Its all the Rivals so its something at a system level. Perhaps Rival has done some upgrade again.

I have had this happen in the distant past (not getting e-mails from ANY Rivals), but in recent years it has been fine.
Must be some glitch at Rival's end - but it's not affecting everyone.

Regarding rival stats, I put a rival logo on our header so when you get auto updates you know the figures displaying are for Rival and not for RTG.
