I have asked and not be given a response on what is happening with our existing players, have you sent them emails to change over to the new software, logging in with their existing id's? I was told yes but actually that cannot be true first of all I never got that mail as a player and second of all they do not allow you to login the RTG casino with your old id.. your forced to register new!!

So thank you Sloto for doing a poor job of this transition and losing all the players I have sent you over the last 3 or so years, thinking your RTG brand will not be pushed much on my sites...

I believe at least one of my players was sent a download/signup link from Sloto. However - the affiliate ID is not mine.

Which means they are sending out player recruiting without tagging the original affiliates :( Which definitely sucks considering the sheer amount of players I have sent to Sloto since they opened a LONG time ago under slightly different ownership.

I'm quite bummed about this to be honest and even though I just added them to one of my sites... if this is not fixed they will be removed from it... and their listing here will be predatory.

What kind of rogue behaviour is this slotocash casino, Deckmedia ?!

Correctly mapping our already referred (rival) players to the new RTG backend was one of my biggest concerns, gut feeling told me sloto would not do this right.

These players have indeed NOT been transferred.

Paul you knew this, what were you going to say me when I asked that question to analyze the transfer of players ? All my players stopped playing ??

You got to be kidding me !

Deckmedia CAN start to retag those players as they have the COMPLETE rival slotocash database with player details.

If not you will be a blacklisted casino soon.

Hi everyone,

I am very concerned about these statements. First off because they are not true and secondly, I believe there are other factors involved.

We are currently working on clearing out these concerns. In the meanwhile, I would like to confirm once again that all players were mapped to RTG along with affiliate tags. We have been dealing with a few issues that affect these players performance such as duplicate accounts and RTG data export beside others.

We will address these issues in our next post,

Thanks.

I wish this was true, but I seem to have lost a player too. I had a lady who has been playing for years, and would make money for me every month (even with no new players). I even memorised her name after a while because she would deposit every month (and Rival showed the first name of players who deposited money). She has now disappeared after the transition.

I hope you guys can fix this up. Even though its only one player for myself, its a lot more players for other people.

I am sorry your vague response about there being a few issues leads me to the fact that it is true, trust me when I tell you that I made 100% to do several test before I posted!!

Explain the mailed invite to a player that held another aff tag please as well...
Also why my existing players( I have a forum I know several of them) were not sent emails to try out the new casino, tell me why they have to register all new and not use the existing casino id, that right there cuts the affiliate out and you damn well know it.

Hi Grem,

The migration took place and all data was exported. However, after running reports I have noticed that a great majority of players haven't even tried the no deposit offer.

This makes me think that there has been a lack of response from the database and you as an affiliate can only see old signups activity (on RTG backend) if they happen to play for real on RTG. For Rival we now have a secondary admin with Rival stats only.

After thinking on this matter for days and extracting accounts for analysis I personally believe many people (including some affiliates) didn't get the RTG login email due to many possible reasons such as spam filters, customer didn't read the email and its not aware of the software switch or decided to stay in Rival beside others like invalid/old email addresses.

Now, we are aware that some players created a second account due to not being able to login with their old credentials as they should have received a new password to log in RTG. However, we are currently working on duplicate data, matching emails from old software with Affiliate tags and updating duplicates with correct affiliate tag, this will be completed by end of month

We are planning to do a second round of emails to all exported customers that haven't tried RTG platform.

I will give a new update shortly.

Regards,
