I found this mailer in my inbox but it tells a different story then what I have heard from a few others.... Upgrade or a correction to the NGR error that was being reported to a few other affiliates..... I think affiliates better be ready to accpet that your earnings may not be what you thought they would be, this will explain also on delaying the pay

Hope you are well.

In our pursuit of the perfect affiliate program we have considered many comments and suggestions from
affiliates regarding innovations they’d like to see and areas where we could improve.

As we speak, many of those suggestions are being implemented and I’d like to take this opportunity to
thank everyone for sharing their thoughts with us – and I encourage you to continue doing so!


One big new development is our move onto the Netrefer platform.
Just a note that Netrefer are in the process of rolling out a upgrade to our software.
This upgrade may take a few days to complete and they have apologized for the slight delay
but, ultimately, it will make the whole experience more user friendly, efficient and faster to use once completed.

Please note that should you require any Marketing material we can still provide this to you.

As far as affiliate payments goes we will need to wait for the Netrefer upgrade to be completed
before we can finalize payments … again the status quo remains and it may take a few days (as stated above)
but we are 100% committed to getting your payments processed as quickly as possible.

I tried to log in a day or two ago and couldn't.
I have 130 f'n mg free slot links to replace and need to know if they'll be available.

These days, I take their real estate type puffery and hyperbole for exactly what it is, pulling my chain.

Your right though, instead of laying the cards on the table (being truthful), most seem to think treating us like retards, is the way to go. TBH I've never known a program to have so many ongoing clusterf#cks as RedRuturns does.

Lets hope they can transition without losing players, stats or anything else which affects our payments. I'll be surprised if they manage this, get peeps paid the correct amount and we don't receive a follow up email, advising of yet another screw-up.

Yah we have to change links on over 10 sites and it is 100's of links that will take at least a week of 3 people to switch out. We have also decided while performing this task it is best to switch the links over to a brand we can trust.
This is the 2nd time Red Returns has done this to affiliates, we just feel we are better replacing the links to another more transparent MG brand who has not made affiliate change out links more then 2 times in the last 5 yrs...

Oh not to mention accidentally cross marketing that has happened countless times as well with this brand.

After this happened a few times to me (another affiliate clusterf#ck), I set-up all my aff links to reference redirects from a single file, for each program and each offer. If offers change, only have to alter the code in a single file. Since then, I've also implement a centralized domain, I use to feed sites this data. Same principle, 1 file for every bonus offer, for each program. Saved me countless hours of wasted work.

Unless your using the links supplied by the aff program or dynamic banners from them too. But these shouldn't have to be changed the aff program could help affiliates by redirecting their side instead.

4 days now :mad: Does anyone know if the system track anything (e.g new sign-ups, ref share on existing players...)???

I queried this a couple days back with Myron at Red Returns, he assured me all tracking is in place during downtime. I've only got his word for this, of course...

Wonder what the status of this mess is I see the site is back but the stats are hardly correct.... I also do not see stats for individual brands does that mean they are bundling all the casinos into one? Stats remote reports a different amount of earnings then what is actually show in their program...

No not really but since they bundle all three brands it is hard to figure out what is what..
I asked about this too - and there is one report you can use to see some stats brand-by-brand:
Go to "General Reports" - "Brand Figures"
Doesn't give ALL info - but it's better than nothing.

i login, see my standard deal in place and revenues, i login 1 day later, my stats are reset to 0, my deal no longer reflects a pre approved cpa deal and guess what? i complaint and today i have the revenue but no CPA commission, i was given the usual bullshit run around the bush talk that they sent me a email but i never got it... its a shame this shit... another one to the bin....
