Hi,

Having received several requests for wagering terms and conditions for the new offers, we have decided to add all these to the sites and I prepared an easy to use table that will assist you with your marketing.

We have added a 7 Free offer to Cash o' Lot, Ricardo's and Sahara Sands. These brands did not have a free chip and we are getting bombarded with requests for free play. To reduce CSC volume and improve the player experience at the group, we added the free chip. Our sign up offers are as follows:

Please note: we accept US customers at all 5 brands and offer really fast wires into this market. Customers report that they receive their cash-outs in less than 24 hours. 24/7 Live Chat also available.

If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,
Dieter

Believe it or not, after all these years promoting Rival casinos, I still sometimes get confused over the "Max Cash-out Multiplier", especially where it is a Sticky (Phantom) bonus

Can you confirm, is the Multiplier applied to the bonus amount?
And does the max include the deposit, or not?

Let's take the THIRD Tropica one as an example: 400% 5x max. Sticky.
Say a player deposits $100 and gets a $400 bonus.
Suppose he has a great run and finishes WR with many $1,000's in his account, what is the actual maximum he can cash-out, is it:
Just Bonus x5 = $2,000
Bonus x5 + his deposit = $2,100
Bonus x5, less the sticky bonus = $1,600
Bonus x5 + his deposit, less the sticky bonus = $1,700
Or something else?

Thanks in advance!
KK

Good catch KK.

If affiliates are confused then likely players are too.

I firmly believe if you can pass as much information about bonuses etc etc to players, you stand a far greater chance of getting a signup and deposit.

I would agree with KK here.

Also in regards to $7 no deposit for those 3 brands not really attractive with 60x wager and ONLY 7 x max withdrawal??? = $49

I am sure it would be better to scrap that or change it to at least $20 chip. And or change max cashout multiplier on your standard bonuses and remove the no deposit?? Surely instead higher max winnings for players would be more attractive?? So many other brands has not got any maximum withdrawals. How come it is always like this with Rival? That is one of the reason I have never bothered promoting for these.

Just my thoughts.

Hi guys,

Max Cashout = (Multiplier X Bonus) + Deposit. Using your example and the players many $1000's, it is option 2

PaaskeUK: I will look at changing the $7 free tomorrow. Please note that the $7 is simply there now to reduce CSC volume. While 60x wagering is a lot, it is free money and our target audience will be happy to get something on the house.

What is important, is that there is a $100 free that follows their first deposit. (Today, we started making changes to the website to market the "100 free" as "100 Free Spins" as this seems to be a better conversion tool than just giving a free chip for depositing).

With regards to your other feedback: Last week we set up over 300 promotions so that customers can have 5 different offers every day at every brand. During the set-up, we changed all bonuses to have lower wagering, reasonable comp points and a fair cashout multiplier.

At this point in time we cannot have NO Max Cashouts on offers of more than 100% (although we do on Tropica and Cash o' Lots signup bonuses). I am a player at over 20 online casinos and I rarely ever see them offering more than 100% and if they do, it's 30x (or more) wagering and Max Cashout.

If we had the cashflow of a large gaming company, we would gladly have higher percentage promotions running with No Max Cashout, but until then, we have to limit our exposure while retaining the customer. :)

Hope I addressed some of your concerns?

All the best,
Dieter

Thanks for the reply Dieter.

Please... DON'T change the $7 free chip offers yet - I've just spent ages adding the details to my sites!
I do agree with the others that the WR is too high at x60 = higher than all the other Rival free-chips on my site (except for 2 which are $100 with WR x80). Most of the others are between x30 - x50.
I don't have a problem with the max cash-out, it is free, after all!

BTW, there's a typo in your table - for Sahara you only show a 2nd deposit bonus - I think that should say 1st!

Cheers,
KK
