We got this email from Roxy Affiliates:

We are writing with some exciting news about the Roxy Affiliate program. You may have read recently that the Roxy Palace brands were acquired by 32Red Plc, well we’re pleased to announce that we have been working hard on an affiliate program which encompasses all of the combined brands and products – and we’re almost there!

On the 1st November Roxy Affiliates and 32Red Affiliates will be coming together to formTTRpartners.com, powered by the award-winning Netrefer affiliate software.

Here’s a summary of what’s in store:

  • Access to seven different brands and multiple products including Roxy Palace and 32Red casinos, bingo, poker & sports.
  • Separated earnings across brands. No bundling. Allowing you to earn independently and increase commissions.
  • The same dedicated affiliate team, continued fast payments and of course no negative carryover.
  • Enhanced reporting, tracking and the widest range of marketing material.
The new TTRpartners.com site will be utilising the current 32Red Affiliates back office. We will need to migrate your Roxy players across to this platform. If you already have an account with 32Red affiliates, sit tight for further instructions. If you haven’t, we recommend you open an account to help expedite the migration.

1. What happens to my Roxy Affiliates account?
As from 1st November, new players and existing activity will not be updated in the current Roxy Affiliates program. Your account will remain active until 30th November 2015 to allow you access to historical revenue reports, on 1st December the site will be decommissioned.

2. Will I need to change the links on my website(s)?
Yes. The current links will no longer track after 30th November 2015. Once the new program has gone live we advise you to update your links as soon as possible. We will of course send you plenty of reminders to do so.

3. Is the Roxy Palace brand continuing to be promoted and supported?
Yes, very much so. Roxy Palace is committed to growing and increasing its market share and all Roxy Palace brands will be supported.

4. I already hold an account at 32Red Affiliates, do I need to open a new one?
No. We will migrate your players from the Roxy Palace brands into your current 32Red Affiliates account. We’ll need you to confirm your 32Red account details for this migration to happen. We’ll be in touch to facilitate this once we’re live.

5. I am on a customised commission plan at Roxy, will this be carried over?
We will endeavour to honour any existing agreements, if you are on a customised plan please get in touch after we go live.

6. Will my affiliate payments appear the same on my bank statement?
As from 1st November all payments will be made through 32Red Plc, as such they will be tagged as 32Red rather than WorldPay/Roxy/Equinox/Ncrypt. Please contact us if you have any problem locating your payment.

Well provided they keep me on my current RS% I will be very happy!
That e-mail says "Separated earnings across brands. No bundling. Allowing you to earn independently and increase commissions."
If this includes ALL the existing brands - it makes 32Red an even better program to promote! (Currently the 4 existing casinos ARE bundled).

Apart from that: whoopie-do - so what?
Roxy were absolutely diabolical converters in the 8-years I promoted them - and I've earned $0 for the last 2 years!
That was probably mostly due to their crazy bonus WR of Bx50 - hopefully 32Red will reduce that to a more sensible figure...

I'm happy that roxy will merge into 32Red because is almost a year that I cannot log into my Roxy aff account and the support did nothing to help.

I can see my current stats for all programs under media reports.

Ditto...

However I'm like CygX1 and interested to know what my past stats were on Roxy. I hadn't been able to login into the roxy aff account for a few months. Now I can't find any past historical data :(

The past statistics at Roxy were a mess altogether but I had very much hoped that this would no longer be the case after their merger with 32Red. However, it has now been another month and I did not receive any information on what is happening. I very much hope this will be finally resolved next week.

Another month passed and I am still unable to view any customer statistics for Roxy since the program was merged into 32Red. TTR also informed me that these statistics are not available but I still do not know if this is a "temporary" problem or if statistics for previous Roxy customers are not supposed to be displayed anymore at all.

It has now been almost three months since the merger of Roxy into 32Red and nothing has changed. I am unable to view current statistics and the most loyal customer disappeared from one day to another on November 1st.

What keeps me from issuing major alerts about this entire mess is the fact that I consider Roxy a very reliable brand and even more so 32Red. As a matter of fact I was planning to give them good exposure because especially 32Red has been the non-plus ultra in the casino market for a very long time.

I have already heard from other affiliates with similar issues but somehow am still hoping that TTR are still able to eventually get things in order and provide proper statistics. I just can not believe that a brand as established as 32Red dumps all they had been working for since so many years.

I will follow up on these issues and keep this thread updated once I know more. I also just sent you a reply.

Has anyone else seen Roxy/ Splendido customers disappearing after the migration? I have been speaking to a couple affiliates about this but do not have a common picture yet.

After having been recorded almost daily for 7 years straight the most loyal customer stopped depositing and playing on October 31st, 2015. I am still trying to collect information about this particular case but all customers are now visible in the new TTR interface so tracking should not be an issue anymore.

Either way, I truly regret the mess in the statistics for such a long time as 32Red has been and still is one of the very few outstanding casinos on the market.

We have previously discussed this and I will send you an email as well to confirm the findings again. The stats in the system are reflective of the players' activity and are correct. The player you are referring to last played in mid-October and we will continue to try and re-engage with them. Please look out for my email too for further info.

Hello Stephanie,

I just received your email. The reason I mentioned this is because the logs from the old Roxyaffiliates website displayed different statistics which showed activity until October 31st. I am currently not in the position to make any judgements or accusations as it might just be a big coincidence. However, the old Roxyaffiliates interface displayed various errors and anomalies which is why I am hoping that this is no longer happening at TTR.
