Robots file question

I uploaded a Robots.txt file. The strange thing is that somehow, it seems that now i have 2 robots files, and the one i uploaded appears on https://www.site.com//robots.txt and from somewhere pulled another one under correct url - https://www.site.com/robots.txt

I am using Flytonic theme. Any idea where the other robots coming from and how to fix that?

Both urls you've given are exactly the same. I assume you meant as follows:
wvw.site.com//robots.txt
wvw.site.com/robots.txt

It will do the same with wvw.site.com//blog/ too, or any other similar path. I think it's just our browsers being error tolerant.

Yes, but it shows different file for each. Different rules. And i can't find where the other file is pulled from.
