Rev share stats help about incorrect data 6 month!

Hi,
My name is David, and I wanted to know how I have to act with a casino sponsor, when this does not accurately reflect the rev share, I mean the account always shows loss of 25-35% of the deposit, players never take money.
They deposit taking account balance of $ 4000 + and so for 6 consecutive months.
That player is taking $ 4,000 deposit? assuming .. that is $ 4,000 that has not lost? this makes no sense.
I've been waiting 45 days for response from my sponsor casino and never comes.
How should I react to this situation?.

I am not quite clear on the situation. What do you mean by a 'casino sponsor'? Does this mean that they paid for banner space plus you get revshare? Can you post your affiliate stats (assuming that is what you are talking about) and discuss with that image? Would be glad to help, just want to be clear that I am actually helping
