@GoWild Casino - My concerns are as follows:
  • In today's market Micrograming stand-alone is no longer the Rolls Royce it once was;
  • Payment of player winnings - Web browser casinos such as Guts, Betat VideoSlots etc, pay players within hours, 24/7. Not days.
  • MGS casinos have a standardised loyalty program - so that's not really a draw card these days, sorry.
  • I send a player who signs up but doesn't deposit. That player is now under your control, not mine. What incentives are used to at least try to get this player to deposit?
  • Document varification - the aformentioned web casinos, veto docs quickly, some in less than 30 min of being sent. How does Gold Wild compare to that procedure. How long does it take to veto proof-of-id docs (given everything is in order)?
That's just a few from the top of my head ;)

I am not a fan of the bundling.... Also what countries to you hold a license with? I use to make very good money with your company, I am lucky to make $500 these days it is sad!
I always bring this up to the management only to hear ... New players , you need to send new players, so I send new players and STILL I make nothing!

I am with Dave better to direct the traffic to a brand who is actually retaining players, and don' t give me the standard lifetime of player chat anymore because I have players from 2006 in many
Microgaming stand alone brands. I use to love Go Wild but the struggle is getting real these days..

I am also still a bit pissed off about Go Wild selling MY 450 UK players to 32Red in September 2014... Who then ALL coincidentally stopped playing :mad:

That aside, to be fair they have been the best MG casino I have ever promoted in terms of player attraction, retention and earnings.

It is extremely sad for me as a player to see the demise of the stand-alone MG casinos (STILL the best gaming experience IMHO), but of all those remaining, I have to say Go Wild is the best of the bunch.
Which leads to my 3rd annoyance - because I live in the UK, I can't play there myself! :mad:

Granted it did not affect me directly but as affiliate who send players to a partner, it did make me uneasy about the level of trust and good faith, I actually have when dealing with GoWild.

That entire UK sell off, left GoWild affiliates who don't use GEO IP tracking, out in the cold.

It's things like this, which I use to judge and weight up these days, against who I choose to promote.

New players , you need to send new players, so I send new players and STILL I make nothing!

Like yourself, I'm over the lip service of some aff programs and AM's. When I work with a program, when I place their casino(s) on my sites, I'm giving them advertising real estate, base on what I'm promised & or led to believe. When those "New Players", don't amount to squat, then I'm not a happy camper because I feel like I've been feed a load of bollocks.

It's a double whammy because I could have put up another program or added an additional banner etc, for a casino who is bring in dollars. Who actually do have a decent rentention and work towards converting sign-ups into depositors.

Hence, when I'm told these days to send more players, my only thought is... hmmm this casino is working on number volumes and that's it. My view to that is... thanks but no thanks!

This program lost its glory a long time ago, those affiliates that contacted me all reported similar issues: players that were customers for years all stopped playing. Sounds familiar to Starpartner, Brightshare and Fortune Affiliates ....avoid promoting if you are cheated

To address your concerns:

We agree that the industry is getting more and more competitive by the day however Microgaming still boasts the largest game library which includes blockbuster titles like Jurassic Park, Terminator and Game of Thrones and with new titles being added every month. In addition, MGs have recently added and integrated games from 3rd party providers (such as Rabcat for example) and is looking to add more games to its portfolio.

The payment time for winnings varies on a case by case basis, being influenced by a range of factors (e.g player KYC, payment method etc.). Additionally, we are restricted by certain banks and payment processing which may cause further delays. Nonetheless, we do our best to pay players’ winnings as fast as possible and we are in the process of implementing new systems that will soon allow significant decrease of processing time.

Referred Players that don’t immediately convert are targeted by extensive conversion campaigns through multiple channels (e-mail, phone, sms). Conversion campaigns are mainly focused on, but not limited to, promotional bonus offers.

Document verification times are also influenced by a multitude of factors and vary on a case by case basis. Given your example, a proof-of-id verification where everything is in order should be completed within same business day.

Bundling only applies if you choose to promote both our brands. Furthermore, we have No Negative Carry-over so our partners get a fresh start ever month, regardless of how bad the last month was.

Our brands are licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority; we do not hold yet a specific country license.

If you have concerns related to the figures of a particular affiliate account, please e-mail your dedicated account manager and I am sure he will be more than happy to provide you with further clarification. I will provide him with heads up regarding your concern.

Point taken we will keep improving our affiliate recruitment process and, in the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused.

Unfortunately, as you’ve mentioned, GoWild Casino does not allow access from the UK. This might change in the future, rest assured that we will notify in advance of such change.

Since a lot of you have mentioned the UK players transfer from back in 2014, we would only like to re-confirm that after investigating all the possible options while keeping in mind our affiliates best interests, we have decided that was the best solution, granted we could no longer operate in the UK.
We would also like to remind you that this matter has been extensively and openly communicated and clarified both through personal communications as well as public forum threads.

Again, we would like to thank you all for the feedback and assure that each point is taken in consideration.

@KK - I'm seeing exactly the same.

All Migrated players STOPPED playing when they went to 32Red. Too sinister for my liking.

These guys like to offer bad rev share (in my case) but insist on top positions. Retention seems really bad. I have given up even communicating with the AM's - they bore me with the same old rhetoric about getting them better positions and they will convert or increase rev share. Even players that sign up fail to be converted and I see no benefit of pushing them any more.

@Gowild - Please don't bother to tell me to contact an AM - I have no interest. Just relaying my personal experience.

the same here and ALL my friends have the EXACT some issue ALL PLAYERS THAT WERE MIGRATED STOPPED PLAYING ........ send us more traffic we will thank you for it ..... you stink I am that stupid ?..........
