[RESOLVED] Custom Agreement / Deal

Got to put another warning about these guys.

They are reneging on a CPA deal.

Didn't pay me when I was told I would be paid.

Then when inquiring about the late payment, their rep Steve told me I was unprofessional and that they didn't want to work with me anymore.

What this is all about is a 12k winner I had while on the CPA deal with them. Because of the 12k winner (whom they didn't pay - refunded deposit) they now don't want to keep the CPA deal we had and pay me for the 18 depositors I had with them last month.

I pushed these guys heavy the last few months and made very very little (hence the CPA deal) I actually made more money last month with a program that I have not even promoted in six months than I made with these people.

In my opinion, these guys are a joke and affiliates and players should stay far away.

I am afraid there is no "sorting this out".

After being insulted by Steve and the follow up conversations with Paul. I will not be promoting these guys anymore.

Don't let these guys at deckmedia make deals with you over the phone, for some reason the deals get forgotten and payments don't show up when your told they will.

I strongly suggest if you choose to work with these guys... Get everything in writing with deckmedia.

They owe me, but at this point I'm taking action that they don't pay and giving odds... 3-1, any takers PM me.

Thanks for the feedback. You will receive payment for the deal agreed same as on all previous months including December, January, February, etc March won't be the exception.

I was wrong about deckmedia.

I received payment today.

I also know know that Deckmedia is in fact paying off my big 12k winner per their terms and conditions.

So I have the good fortune to have to say that I was wrong about Deckmedia.

I will ask guard dog to amend the the title of this thread.

It's great to see a situation resolved - I've worked on the operator side and there are many factors affiliates/players don't see that can affect payments etc.

Not defending DeckMedia here, but things happen.
