RESOLVED: Alpha Affiliates stealing money?

From past experience, I viewed my statistics almost every day in December in the old system (Netrefer) from Alpha. On January 4, the December amount was 680 euros more than what I got paid.

It feels like they want to put the amount in their own pocket and I don't get a decent answer. It also seems that my Netrefer account has not been imported to my new account. I don't see anything from the past. Only amounts that do not match what I have been paid in the past.

After two weeks I have a solid answer and the above is correct. The outstanding commission in netrefer will soon be paid out and everything will be migrated. This case has been resolved for now.
