RESOLVED: 138partners.com (138.com) not paying & no response

Hey

We've had £3500 commissions pending from 138.com since June 2019. No response from their team (affiliates@138partners.com) or Skype (live:affuk_1 or live:domo.ops).

Previously I've been in contact with Kyle Herman from there but apparently has left the company a while back.

Anyone have good contacts there? Anyone experiencing the same?

I also see that the ROW tracking links are no longer working. We will try and contact them and see whats going on.

Hello Joonas! We received an answer from another 138 Partners rep who informed us that Kyle has left the company.
She also said that she has spoken with you and that she can confirm that the payment was made on time and within the terms and conditions.
Could you please confirm?

Hey

This was sorted now that we got a hold of someone from their team. The payment came from a company name that we weren't familiar with and wasn't related to 138 so we didn't manage to match it to them.

They haven't replied since the beginning of October when they sent:
"Apologies we have new management so we are going through a transition period."

I'm guessing they have or are closing down.

They were generating good income for us then it all seem to go quiet mid last year, figures seem to go missing and no contact.
