I've hit a wall.
Well... not a physical wall, that invisible wall in my brain.
I've reached a point in my brain where I don't know answer to this question.
I suspect I do... but I am not sure.
I was hoping someone could help me out here...

Is it worth while registering non .com's for SEO purposes, or should you just register them for bragging rights and branding?

Some of these domains cost $75+ - and before I go on a spending binge, the question remains for me... Do I? Don't I? Do I? Don't I?

I feel like I am in a lost episode of "Lost in Space" expecting the robot to come out screaming "Danger SEO Pantsie, Danger!"

Has anyone had great success with domains that are not .com's!

I register them all for my flagship site.
I register them all if they are ALL available - to eliminate close competition.
I register them if the in-domain is not available in the .com

What TLD is 75$? I have NEVER registered one of those.

Of the top of my head,
.am
.fm
.tv

are around $75

I can see the coolness factor in owning casino dot am
A one word domain and having bragging rights to it.
But engine wise could it have any clout via generating organic traffic.

Check out www dot networksolutions dot com
for a an extensive list of tld's.
