I have always had my doubts about Duwayne C. to be honest. Once he left the commissionwarehouse / players palace (MG) I felt he changed his attitude at Tropica (Rival), to me this is another good example of sellings brands that have gained some customer base by affiliates and then it is time to move on to their next challenge with your money in their pockets to pay for the start up.
Watch the news carefully another new brand will be launched, probably another Netent with the same captain and his first mate to pirate the gambling market once again..............to do the same trick all over again.

Appears to be just the aff sites that are forbidden......was just confirmed to me by a player that he is able to log in and play at Tropica.

Thanks GD! Appreciate the good word.

While I think it's good you clarified the situation to a point, it would have been ideal, to have stated all the facts.

For everyone's benefit, Superior Casino (privately owned Rival brand), it's IP is: 200.124.137.236

Refilliates, Gibson, etc etc etc....
All of these Rival et al owned casinos, plus others, resides on, and have always resided on, dedi Rival IP's.

Here there's a list of some of those domains:

And, here's a few of Rival owned IP's:
95.131.238.46
95.131.238.50
52.17.1.137
95.131.238.61
52.17.96.76
52.17.190.213

More to the point, IF Deiter et al, did in fact own these brands, they too like Superior etc, would have their own dedi IP's, pointing to Rival Servers.

If you actually go back through Deiter's posts, he makes statements which tell affiliates Rival gave him, more of their brands to try and turn around.

AGD affiliate members like others, had a hard time understanding WHY there were multiple login credentials... Because ALL these casinos were NOT privately owned by Deiter. Instead they were owned by Rival!

Deiter did some good things for affiliates, and got some people paid, when they were owed money for months, by Rival white labels. But as far as Gibson and ALL the other casino brands, including refiliates, that was and always has been the property of Rival et al.

Hence Deiter sold nothing... Rival just took everything back!

Now he's at BetReels... Does he own this casino? No... Once again (just like he did at refiliates etc), he's managing it for the owners.

Dieter here. Most of you know me from Refilliates.com. I have now joined Betreels.com as the operations manager.

You've all been sucker punched!

EDIT: I'm starting to wonder if Rival et al, are the hidden owners, behind BetReels. I'm not going to give you my homework. Go suss that out yourself.

Well, I don't want you to have the impression I was withholding any facts. I was speaking for Superior. I don't work at Rival so I don't know what agreements they have with others. I don't follow other ops IP addresses but I was under the assumption most just let Rival host. That was the point of my comment.

That's fine :)

I was merely interjecting that Superior Casino (200.124.137.236), like other privately owned Rival powered casinos, hosted on Rival servers, ALL use their own dedicated IP(s). Whereas White Labels & or casinos/aff programs owned and operated by Rival, ALL resolve to Rival IP's.

And that Gibson etc., etc., and refilliates, have and have always, resolved to Rival IP's.

So the claim that these properties were sold, to an un disclosed buyer, seems to be untrue. Given all these casinos and aff program are still in the control of Rival et al.

Has just received my weekly statement from Dendera affiliates. Strange, considering that the site is inaccessible. I really wonder now if this is a serious technical error that the sites are unaccessible? It seems the affiliate system is functioning, just the site is invisible.

Hi everybody, Google traduction)

I promotionne refilliates the casinos for over 5 years on the market FR. Never problems with this company. Except that last month, I was forced to send a message to get paid. The first time in 5 years. Except as that today, as in the end, I wanted to see my statistics as monthly purposes. Well, blank page and no message from them ...

Well, I wait a few days before sending a message to my players to delete their account Tropica, Casholot, Sahara and others. Rival casinos, not trusted since BestPays.

Oh and for the history, in this conversation, a speaker said to be in charge of the French affiliates. It makes me smile because for 5 years, he never sent me a message, except Zoe, who's been gone two months. In short, Rival, be very careful. Dendera flew with my commissions for 2 years. Beware...

This was is reply to BetReels.com being added a certified aff program here at AGD on the 7'th June 2016:

Dieter here. Most of you know me from Refilliates.com. I have now joined Betreels.com as the operations manager...<snip>...

I will be with Refilliates for 2 more months to hand over my portfolio, so please feel free to contact me for anything at both groups.

The following was stated on the 10'th of June 2016:

We (management) are remaining with Refilliates for 2 months after the sale is concluded to ensure the brands are in good hands.
Regards,
Dieter

Refilliates.com, now pulls a blank page.

All These pages are pulling 403 Forbidden:
  • refilliates.com/faqs.php
  • refilliates.com/commission-plan.php
  • refilliates.com/casino-affiliate-programs.php
  • refilliates.com/forgot-password.php
  • refilliates.com/customer-service.php
  • refilliates.com/fr/casinos.php
  • refilliates.com/getting-started.php
  • refilliates.com/terms.php
refiliates.com/games/ (redirects to Rival)

Refiliates.com and their casinos ALL reside on Rival/Bonne Chance owned IP's.

And, we've had no comment from Deiter et al,who as stated above, claimed to be remaining with Refiliates for another 2 months.

Speculation aside, a lot of empty promises and broken assurances.

Which IMHO begs the question, Can BetReels.com be trusted?

Oh that's a hard one to answer, let me think for a bit.....Hell NO !
Seems like Dieter was all part of the Refilliates / Rival action plan to string affiliates on for as long as possible until they pulled the plug...why would anyone promote BetReels with this sort of BS.

Hi,

We have not replied as were waiting for an answer from the new owners, which has not been forthcoming. I would however like to address some of the false claims and accusations been made here.

Rival do not operate any casinos. We owned the Refilliates brands. We started with Tropica and added more brands over the years as the business grew. As for the casinos been on 1 server: a lot of casino providers host their clients on their servers. There is nothing untoward about this. It makes the games run faster, has amazing security protocols and is free to the operator.

When we launched Betreels, we were instructed to sell the brands because of our UK and Malta Licence. After concluding the sale, we were locked out of Refilliates and have been trying since then to get you answers, with no reply from the new owners. We had no idea that the affiliate program would be switched off. We would never have sold, had we known. We have even asked Rival if we can get the brands back and they said they could not unless the new owners agreed to sell it back to us.

We are most disappointed by the accusations that we are in any way involved in this situation. If you knew what we did to grow and maintain the business over the years, you would most certainly feel differently and you would know you are dealing with people who care about you and the industry. We are just as frustrated that this has happened.

I will end off with this final comment: For 7 years, we ran the best Rival casino group. We did everything in our power to make sure players and affiliates were happy. We had a great commission program and we made sure you and players were paid quickly. Most of you have dealt with me personally and many of you have praised us for our work and commitment over the years. Our philosophy in this regard won't ever change whether you promote our brand/s or not

Regards,
Dieter

If this is true, it looks like you sold your casinos to an unknown person... which is totally irresponsible and unprofessional ! When you sell your casinos you must know the plans of the person who will run it and have trust in this person... or else it would mean that you do not care any more of the affiliates...

That being said, we will not promote Betreels (which does not look good anyway) or at least I will not. This was a huge mistake and it is unacceptable !

As there are more rival affiliate programs down, I guess the new owner runs all these casinos.

It doesn't make sence that you would sell out to a company without putting in some protections for affiliates as part of the
conditions of the sale, especially when you are operating another casino and need those same affiliates to promote your new brand.

It makes no sense at ALL.

The only story which makes 100% sense, is...
Rival/Bonne Chance have, and always have owned, Refiliates and their casinos, from the get-go. And this baloney, has been devised to make affiates (all of us), think the new owners have pulled a shifty. When nothing was sold in the 1'st place!

Lets not forget, Tradition Casino was rebranded to Gibson Casino, back in 2010 by Rival/Bonne Chance, the owners of the aformentioned casino(s).

So when did Bonne Chance sell Gibson? Simply answer, NEVER. That goes for refiliates, and all the other casinos who we were led to believe were owned here. Every privately owned (Rival powered) Brand, uses its own IP's point to the Rival Servers. If they aquire a new casino, even if they aquire 100 new casinos, you only need one (1) usename and password to access the aff program, not 3 or 4 seperate accounts.

All those extra login credentials, to access ALL the stats for seperate casinos... that should have told people, these casinos are not privately owned. Instead owned by Bonne Chance.

I'll also add, on a number of occasions, Dieter said (words to the affect of)... We've ask Rival numerous times to add additional clauses to the bonus claim pages. They haven't done it. We're told their busy with other things. However if these casino were privately owned, these requests whould have been completed.

There is just way too many inconsistencies from the get-go, which elude to them NOT being privately owned brands.
Instead, brands owned by Bonne Chance, and only managed by Dieter & Duwayne.

Reiterating this story about the new owners, is a load of contrived bollocks. Used because none of these brands were owned by Dieter in the 1'st place.

IMO it is more complicated then you describe it : the new owner has an UK company # 6611092 (according to the WHOIS details derived from tropicacasino.co.uk)

Reffiliates knows who the new owners are ofcourse.
