Hi all!
How much is too much to remove from a customers actual deposit.
We see it pretty much everywhere and it seems to be common practice that if for example, a customer deposits USD 100, on the affiliate platform it occurs as a deposit of USD 70 or USD 80 or perhaps USD 90.
What do you guys consider a fair amount to be removed from the customers deposit 5%, 10%, 30%?
Could you do something about that? to have the casino reduce the admin fee or whatever they call if from the deposited amount?

is there a fair amount to try to aim for like 7-12% or is that too high or too low.

Would really appreciate your guys help on this one.

0% (and no higher) is a fair amount to remove from deposits on revenue sharing deals.

 The deposited amount should show IN FULL in the reports!
Which operator(s) are you talking about here???

Are you sure that the currency is the same? I mean, at Wagerjoint for example, stats are in USD but my commissions are then converted to EUR. So it is possible that your player deposited 100 USD and you only see 80 AUD or something.

Just sayn'....

I would have to agree on that, currency might be an issue here. However, whatever the case might be the amount should be clearly demonstrated in the affiliate platform's report!
