"Dear Affiliate,

We would like to announce the launch of a brand new affiliate program called Monte Carlo Affiliates, which is targeted at casino and poker affiliates.

From the 1st of October 2014, the program will market Everest Poker, Everest Casino, Imperial Casino and Monte-Carlo Casino ®.

Key features of the new program which are designed to appeal to poker and casino affiliates are:
- No negative carryover from month to month
- No minimum players requirement
- Competitive revenue share structure

The Revenue Share tiering based on the generated NET revenue will be as follows:
• 25% between 0 – €5,000
• 30% between €5,001 – €10,000
• 35% between €10,001 – €30,000
• 40% anything on top of €30,001

In order to move your account to the new platform we will need to terminate your current Terms and Conditions, so soon you will receive your 30 days notification for the closure of the beaffiliates account. During the month of September we will keep you posted on the process of migrating your affiliate account to Monte-Carlo Affiliates. The new program will also be based on Income Access so we will keep the same data for both your affiliate account and your players’ accounts, which makes the process much faster and it doesn’t involve any risk. All players will remain tracked to your account, and once the new Terms and Conditions will be accepted you will start to benefit from their activity.

If you would like to discuss with our affiliate managers about the situation of your account, please don’t hesitate to send us an email at group2-at-beaffiliates.com or to give us a call at +44(0)2088349492 (available Monday to Friday between 9.00 – 18.00 BST)"

Well as they were Beaffiliates before (BWin) - that's probably a very good thing! :p

I will never go back to Everest as I can never forgive them for dumping the superb Grand Virtual software. :(

Beaffiliates are linked to the Expekt group. Bwin's "Bewinners" only have a similar name but it is another program.

Nevertheless, Expekt cannot be trusted any more than than Bwin after all that happened a couple years ago (www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/threads/expekt-rogued-at-agd.5207). This is actuaully a bit of a shame as Everest and Imperial Casino used to be outstanding brands back in the Grand Virtual days...

More:

"Dear Affiliate,

With the migration of your affiliate account from the Beaffiliates program to Monte-Carlo Affiliates, your account, should you accept, will be subjected to the following terms and conditions (xxx.montecarloaffiliates.com/terms-conditions), which will be applicable starting with 1st of October 2014.

The new program has been designed around casino and poker affiliation and has substantial benefits over the old program, including no negative carry over, no minimum new players rule, and a more generous revenue share scheme.

Please consider this as thirty (30) days prior termination notice, as required under the BeAffiliates Standard Terms and conditions. Kindly note that any accounts which you hold with Beaffiliates for the promotion of Betclic and Expekt shall remain unaffected.

The following brands: “Everest Casino”, “Everest Poker”, “Imperial Casino” and “Monte-Carlo Casino” shall be promoted through the following: Monte-Carlo Affiliates with effect from 1st October 2014.

Your Beaffiliates account will remain fully accessible until September 30th 2014, which will allow you to download and save any historical data and reports. All your promotional activity between now and 1st of October will be recorded on the Monte-Carlo Affiliates platform, together with all your historical data.

For any inquiries, please email support-at-montecarloaffiliates.com"

They are part of the Betclic Everest group. They sustained massive losses (over $100m one year from memory) a few years ago after investing big time in online poker and having to write off a huge proportion of their investment after the market tanked and European countries started to regulate and operate using walled gardens. There were fears that they were close to being insolvent. I'd be very wary.
