I'm sure we all suffer this from time to time, but right now I'm getting really wound up by being ignored left, right and centre! :mad:

Anyone from any of these casinos - answer my bloody e-mails or PMs PLEASE!

For sky vegas use the IA messaging system within the new affiliate hub - they seem to reply within a day. ;)

Blue Square is still around; they've been on the NetRefer system for a couple of years. Try Jasper or Chandan:

jasper.vanderbliek at rankinteractive.com
chandan.saini at rankinteractive.com

There is a place called GetMinted, which is owned by Cashcade. GetMinted has had several affiliate programs over the years. They closed each one and stopped paying residual income, which is very sleazy.

The general consensus in this industry is if you get ignored for more than 24 hours by an affiliate manager they suck/scamming you.

I would like it if we pressured the affiliate managers by blacklisting them if they ignore for more than 24 hours.

And NO I'm not joking. They need to know their place and show some respect.

Yes. Renee gave me 2 names to contact to chase up payments owing pre-CR.
I wrote, they replied that they would pay, I asked: How?
... and still waiting for a reply.

If I thought any sort of blacklisting would work I would certainly go for it. But the problem is we need dozens of affiliates to get involved, not just a handful - so it ain't going to happen IMO.

Needless to say, most (not all) of my messages to these guys are about overdue commissions - which is probably why I'm being ignored... :(
Oh well. I suppose I'll have to waste another half of a day trying to find different ways or different people to contact over these issues. :mad:

Just to say Sky Vegas are communicating now - and thanks to Renee for her offer of help... again!
All the others are still disappointing me, in particular Blue Square & Victor Chandler who are supposed to be 2 of the top programs in our industry.
If they are the top, I've got no chance with the others!

I think 24 hours is a bit harsh, AMs are only human, people take holidays, get sick, have a weekend etc

I've experienced some slowness with Blue Square recently as well. I'm not sure if my emails were getting lost or if they are just extremely busy, but whatever the reason, I was a little disappointed by the number of followup emails I had to send in order to get a response at all.

I was considering working the Victor Chandler, but now maybe I'll hold off until I see some positive comments about them elsewhere.

I have now heard back from Blue Square - but their response was un-satisfactory.
They said they made a payment to me in May - but I never received it.
(I have received payments before AND after May).

They also said my March commission (which was below the threshold) could not be carried over and added to later months, when the T&Cs clearly state that this WILL happen...
This is such hard work... :mad:

Sent an e-mail to Julian at Victor Chandler, but got an "Out of Office" reply.
THEIR affy system says I was paid 2 weeks ago - but again, no funds received in my bank. :confused:

Ho hum...

I have emailed them quite a few times since this post and they have stopped replying to my emails..

Someone did threaten legal action who is located in the same city the past owners are in, so that may make a difference but I'm now not getting anything back from them.

Sorry I wasn't able to help mate. I did try my best.
