Hi Jackpot Capital,

I have a question about my revshare, when I first signed up with you guys my revshare was set at 20%. I was a pretty new affiliate, and didn't realize my revshare was set so low. if I knew then, what I know now, I wouldn't have even signed up with you. now My question is, you bought out Grande Vegas my net rev share was set at 30% to 35% will this stay the same or will all casinos, you take over be set at 20%.

Thank you

I also see that Rhonda has posted this inquiry here two days ago now and Jackpot Capital has also failed to respond to this as well.

Andy I think it's time you maybe had a chat with these guys and reiterate to them that they are required to respond here within a reasonable amount of time...IMO two days is more than reasonable.

@ Jackpot Capital, please read from this post forward in this thread here to several questions that have been asked of you with no response received....

I think Jackpot Capital should honor Rhonda's Grande Vegas commission rate of 30-35%. 20% is crazy low.

It would be nice if someone from Jackpot Capital would pay attention to the forums here.

Dear Rhondagrace,

First let me apologize for the delay in answering your question.

jackpot Capital´s commission scheme starts with 20% (as a default setting once you have registered for an account). This can be raised up to 35%, depending on the volumes the affiliate delivers. If a new affiliate signs up and delivers good traffic within an initial period it is reasonable that the percentage can be raised sooner.

In terms of Grande Vegas, which was overtaken by the Jackpot Capital Group recently, we decided on leaving the percentages as they are: All percentages (up to 35%) will remain the same, no changes will be made.

I hope, this answers your question and please do not hesitate to contact us if you require anything else.

Kindest regards,
Tony

Hi Tony,

I was just checking my rev-share, it's still at 20% when are you going to raise it? or are you just going to give me 35% on Grande Vegas, and how are you going to separate them

Thank you!

I'm a bit confused... They have sent you several emails and even replied here. Are you just looking for a different answer? The last email came to you on:

6/21/2010

In response to the email you had sent (with me copied in).

Dear Rhonda,

Thank you for contacting the Jackpot Capital affiliate department.

You have affiliate accounts at both affiliate programs - Jackpot Capital and Grande Vegas. Your username for both accounts is 'xxxxxx'. At Jackpot Capital you will get 20% rev. share and at Grande Vegas we will set your account to 35% rev. share.

You choose which program you want to promote. Both programs are stand-alone and does not effect one another.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require anything else.

Kindest Regards,
Tony

Hi Rhonda,

I think Grande Vegas stats remain at the same url and login as it was before Jackpot Capital took over. So you just login as you always did, and there's nothing that you'll see transferred over. I hope that made sense.

Dear Rhonda,

Thanks for posting in the Jackpot Capital Affiliates area at Affiliate Guard Dog!

For now, the affiliate banners and stats for Jackpot Capital Casino will remain at the Jackpot Capital affiliate program. The same is for Grande Vegas Casino which will be promoted at Grande Vegas Affiliates. And Rich Club Affiliates will be promoting the Lucky Club Casino as well as Lucky Club Slots.

For your easy reference, I have included links in the above paragraph. Please do not hesitate to contact us - either here in the forum or via e-mail at affiliates@jackpotcapital.com - should you require any further assistance.

John

I am looking forward to your response.
