Hi Guys,
it's a long time that I don't see the Affactive name in the Affiliate Program column of the recent payments table (with green background on top of the page). I'm promoving a lot their brands and finally I have a positive balance. Now my question is... do they pay?! When?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

fyi you also may have to log into the backend (affective.com) and request a payout. But yes they do pay and usually pretty fast. If your requesting a wire it will take a few extra days, but for me wires usually hit my bank from affective in about 3 days after requesting a cashout (they can take up to 10.. Is what your bank would tell you).

I've seen that the minimum depends on the chosen payment method, for example (if I'm not wrong) for Moneybooker is 50$.

Hi,

I would like to know do they pay their players? I don't promote their brands and was close to add them on my site, but I saw numerous payment complaints regarding their casinos on Askgamblers and warnings about same thing on LCB.

Well according to my stats they definitely pay their players!

Affactive pays by wire faster than almost any of the brands I work with, and they are a nice bunch of people =D I particularly like Sandra ;) she's awesome.

Working with them as an affiliate has been a positive experience for me, but every program has its drawbacks:

1. They average the highest chargeback of any one I promo, of course these things have something to do with luck as well, there is something that can be improved.

2. I received one complaint to the tune of (I can't remember exactly), "You gave a positive review of Winpalace when they are a bunch of shysters. They said they would only pay me $4k a week in instalments! I am going to mark your site as BS."

LMAO BUT TRUE :emoticon-0157-sun:

They DO pay their players, but (and this is a BIG but for some), they have 4-day/weekly/10-day limits which can be as low as $500 a shot (up to a max of $3,000 a go).

For me, this is the only negative aspect of what is otherwise a top-notch operation. If I was granted just 1 wish it would be that they would pay all players in one lump sum - no matter how big the withdrawal. IMHO this would greatly improve their reputation and retention and could only be good for everyone involved.

Hey,

To answer all of the above:

Affiliates are paid between the 2nd and 15th. You need to hit the cashout button in our system. The minimum amount is $50 for ewallets and $250 for Wires. (Our payments are very stable so i think with time people (tryme1!!!) stopped updating the calendar.

Players: all paid, 4-10 days, depends on the brand.

Cheers,
Daniel

Casino payment

Daniel, I am still waiting to be paid the outstanding balance from one of your casinos. I trust this will finally be settled this week.

Outstanding payment

Daniel,

Your casino has been withholding my casino balance for no reason since three years and refused to honor the legit payment again just two weeks ago. I have not had time to properly take care of this issue until now but will take any necessary step to collect my rightful payment. I played fairly in accordance with all terms, did not violate any of them and risked my deposits in full.

Your colleagues from the payout department are not answering my emails and I will be urged to explicitly warn players and affiliates if this does not finally get resolved this week.

Hi

As i replied on another forum. You were banned in 2010 or something in that area. Now you decided that it you shouldn't have been.

I cannot help you with that matter and i have to say that not sure that the fraud/finance department will. But in any case- feel free to contact them again. I personally won't be able to assist you with this matter.

Best regards,
Daniel

Missing Casino payment

Daniel, you are entirely misinterpreting this situation. Of course I immediately contacted your casino right after this issue initially occurred. However, they have blatantly been ignoring all emails and communication since then. There has never been any reason to withhold my payment in the first place.

Please ask Adrianna from the finance department to finally answer my email from 07/19/2013, of which I sent you a copy. I will then decide how to proceed in this regard.
