Is in forum some person who work with them now? and when they pay usually im see 10 th every month but they somtimes send money after this 10? and have somone contact to their affiliate team ?

I don't believe I have a direct contact anymore :( Anyone else have a Golden Palace Affiliates contact?

Hey Mike, your company stole a lot of money from affiliates when you shut down your other arm, Best Casino Partner - Golden Casino, Go Casino, etc, etc.... can you get our money back from you or explain why we would promote a program that has completely stolen money from hard working affiliates?

Maybe you should talk to upper management about their shady past? or did this company sell and change hands. If so, who owns it now?

In this situation I hope you will understand that for older issues I will have to forward a request to the financial department asking for a full investigation of your case. For this, please send me a PM with your affiliate partner username + all the relevant documentation (you said "we have proof that Golden Palace affiliates owes us money").

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by this situation since I totally understand and respect your point of view. I really do. And please rest assured that I do my best to solve this issue ASAP.

Regarding your question about ownership... well, from privacy reasons this can not be treated as a public information.

We'd love to clear this up, but so far even when presented with facts, they refuse to pay. Your company owes our company over 3,000 and despite the fact that all the historic stats seem removed, we did you the favor of taking screenshots since 2008.... We sent the screenshots into the staff there, but we are not getting paid so far. What email should be sending the information too in order to get a result? right now we are talking to "Christine" perhaps we should talk to someone else?

Nothing has ever changed with this outfit. First they offer to resolve an old issue and now my emails are being ignored again.

I can only warn affiliates and customers to stay away.

Update: A couple weeks ago I was contacted by them and was told that they will be pleased to finally resolve the old issue and "honor the deals that were made in the past". This sounded positive and I was glad to hear this. Nevertheless, a few emails later I was informed that additional terms were now supposed to be added to the deal and that they no longer intended to honor the original offer that was made in the past.

While I honestly had my hopes up for a moment that Golden Palace would finally want to settle this fairly, I regret to say that obviously nothing has changed with their modus operandi.

At this point my only advise to affiliates and customers is to stay clear.

I don't think many affs or players would have gone anywhere near these guys anyway - they have had a pretty awful reputation right from when I started getting into online casinos = a good 10 years.

Still, it's good to have a reminder for any newbies to avoid these dodgy operators.

Such nostalgia with that name. They were so huge when I started in this biz.

True. However, this company used to be one of the largest operators in the U.S. and kept some of their customers quite satisfied for a long time. For U.S. affiliates Casino Blasters used to be a very good choice until things changed to the worse one day.

I do not know what this company intends to do with their brands in the future but based on my most recent experience I do not see any improvements to the better. It would have been a positive step if they honored the offers I received in the past.

I just tried accessing their casino but was unable to connect. Did they close down the shop or is this just a temporary thing?
