Q&A with Lloyd about Brightshare's T&Cs

As you all know, several Microgaming programs have recently made undesirable retroactive changes to their T&Cs. I wondered if Brightshare was planning to head down the same dark path, so I asked Lloyd about this last month at gamblingaffiliateprograms.org. I've pasted the exchange below -- I hope he won't mind.

Hi Lloyd,

Can you tell us if there are any T&C changes on the horizon at Brightshare?

Hi Dave,

We have no plans to go backwards

Seriously, we are long term focused with all our partners. Markets will change and we'll refocus and so will you guys but ultimately the traffic is coming from X today and tomorrow from Y we'll hopefully still be working together.

We have no plans to change our T&Cs in this direction.
