This looks fantastic. I like it much more than flytonic which looks so old to me now seeing this. But still bit to pricey for me as small time affiliate. Bit of a shame but maybe in future I will look into buying this as really hooked on it wish I could scrap my flytonic theme and change straight over to this

Seriously, buy it and forget about any design related issues. It's a single casino player to get Your money back. If You already have a traffic generating site, improvement in conversions should pay for it in no time.

Not sure what you mean by link management...
But you only need to put in your affiliate links one time and that is on your review. After that is done it will use that link wherever it's needed such as on the toplists.

I meaned, will the affiliates links be cloaked, look "pretty" like mysite.com/visit/casino123
And: sometimes affiliate links must be changed, so assume I can do that also easy and must change it only one time and all pages with this link will be updated?
And more important, are the nofollow?

Ah I see, you don't get "pretty" link but you only need to change the link one time and will then be updated wherever it's used.
It's not nofollow on the links but I have now added the nofollow on affiliate links to the todo list. I will be doing an update to the theme shortly so it will be added
