Hi,

As mentioned yesterday there was a misunderstanding with your account, the invoice you sent us was from En*** and we have another account with us under En***. Apologies for this. As soon as the misunderstanding was spotted we reconciled the account and made payment immediately.

This issue is now not outstanding.
