Poker770 Scammer Affiliate Program - Poker Gains

Hey guys rather then rehash here what went down - i want to share something with you about another garbage outfit who will and does rip off their affiliates.

Poker Gains - Acf- Webmasters and they promote Poker770, Casino770, and Casino Riva.

I will post he links here so you can check it out for proof and list the post I made at PAL.

If you have a player who plays side games on the poker client they will not pay you for that portion of their bets. No where does it reflect this properly in their terms and conditions....

I just had a player drop a large amount of money and continues to play on side games and they claim they only pay for his poker rake.

So if you have depositing players you can be sure they are ripping you off like they are doing to me.

After i exposed them on CAP - they shut down my stats ( the part showing the players losses from side games).

Complete rif raf scum bags who will steal your hard worked for income.

If you currently promote them check your stats, specifically the bets column. In my case they shut mine down to hide my earnings, but i got some screen captures before they did.

If you read their terms and conditions, they're laughable! Written by a non English speaking pre-schooler.

Also note their CPA deals are designed to encourage fraud, paying out large CPA's for next to no player investment. And you all know what happens next, right? Yup - The affiliate gets accused of fraud and loses his commission or they force the affiliate to go on rev share - only after the affiliate has driven a ton of players to their program though....

What the people behind this program are doing is unethical and against the normal business practises. We can even call it scam because they do not follow their own T&C!

Acf-Webmaster is the marketing program of Casino770, Poker770, Bet770, Bingo770 Riva Poker and Casino Riva. Their T&C regulate in a clear way all brands mentioned above and do not have seperate regulation for the net profit that comes from the different clients: casino, poker, bingo or sport betting.

"1.7 "Net Income" is the sum of the deposits deduced from the withdrawals generated by your link and only based on our logs."

"1.9 "Structure of commission based on the division of the income" is the percentage of the Gross Profit that we owe you and which will be paid to you at the end of each month, according to the data of our system. The advertising income will be in percentage of the Gross Gaming Profit generated by the sum which has been bet by the players sent by you for one month of activity.''

So why the hell you refuse to pay a legit affiliate commssion?

Can someone from Acf-Webmaster clarify this issue?

Thanks guys for your posts. I have filed a complaint over at the CAP resolution Center but since they are all in Budapest I think I will not hear back. I am sure it is being looked into.

The bizarre thing - and i knew in my bones they would pull this stunt. I took screen shots of my stats, and posted in CAP my stats for proof. I also copy terms as they were yesterday.

Allot of these scammer operations will edit things because I can confirm from what ALEX told me in Email - this is across the board for all affiliates.

His own words he told me Affiliates do not get paid on player bets!!!! - Imagine the thousands if not millions of dollars affiliates have lost??

It looks like I uncovered a HUGE SCAM OPERATION!! and they are trying to hide it and not discuss at all costs!!!!

Not to worry - I am going to spend countless days and nights making sure the whole affiliate community finds out how they are robbing everyone.

To me this is like Grand Prive / Future Bet type scamming... I do not think people are aware of how much loss of rev is at stake with this group.

And they even admitted it in email about the non payment for bets of players, and of course the best part...

When i publicly shared this information - and gave CAP full access to my affiliate account - THEY REMOVED THAT SECTION!!!

I got an email saying we have removed your BET column - have a good day!

I just cant believe they would be so insane to rob affiliates first, then admit on email they don't pay for player generated bets, then shut down the data in my affiliates account.

I suspect they do not want CAP when they investigate to see the at part of my account that will show the revenue they confiscated.

As for their terms and conditions on this matter - they do not exist. They will for sure probably change the terms and conditions sometime today or soon to reflect this clause!! But at least its all been documented.

Its hard enough to send players who convert for some programs - but when they do and generate a decent amount of revenue - How can they steal this from affiliates?

This player generated at least 500-600 this month alone in 4 days. Not to mention all the other months. Who knows how much.

I do not do CPA ever anymore. I rather do rev share - but this is why CPA fraud happens - when they put you on rev share - they rob affiliates, when they put you on CPA they claim you robbed them and dont pay.

They are a real rotten bunch!
