Please welcome RP Affiliates as a certified program at AGD! The terms are certified affiliate friendly. Please also welcome Onno as the affiliate manager for RP Affiliates.

RP Affiliates have been around since 2014 and is up and running on Netrefer software. They offer 35% - 50% revenue sharing (50% on first 2 months), no bundling, and no negative carryover.

Royal Panda Casino - Opened in March 2014 and using Net Entertainment, Microgaming, and Evolution software. Royal Panda is licensed in Malta / UK.

Hmmmm... went to sign-up (as a player) and within a few minutes I have a little bit of negative feedback...

As this casino can't take USA players, it's a bit odd that throughout the Promotions & Bonus terms they refer to $100 bonus, etc. I would have expected to see € as the default currency.

Bonus term 1.19:
"Bonus abuse may result in the suspension and/or closing of the player’s account."
Far, far, FAR too vague!
Would never get CasinoMeister Accreditation with that in place.
There is no such thing as "bonus abuse" - only players who are better at maths than the casinos!

Term 1.32
"In the interest of fair gaming and fraud prevention, wagers placed using bonus money are subject to a maximum bet per game round limit. The maximum bet permitted when playing with bonus money is $7.50, or its equivalent in another currency. In case of a breach of this rule, the player agrees that his bonus and any associated winnings may be void."
Again, far too vague.
How are players to know what the casino considers to be "the equivalent in another currency" to $7.50 - especially as exchange rates change by the minute, let alone day or week!
This needs to be stated as an exact amount in €, £ and any other currency that can be played in.

Agree with most apart from last one. I am sure it means or the same in other currencies so max bet is £7.50 $7,50 €7.50.
It should had states equivalent amount. As equivalent can mean both Value or amount etc. But I am sure they mean amount as yes no player would be able to calculate exchange currency each day and would make no sense as of why this would be used.

But you are correct it is vague as I do not hope they would use this against a player betting lets say £6 then sorry your bonus and winnings has been confiscated as of you made to high bet in £ because max is $7,50.

If they do not change this and I hear about a players getting confiscation then I will drop them and also close my player account.

I had a login issue as well. I had to reset my password even though I knew what the previous password was. It worked though

In case of a breach of this rule, the player agrees that his bonus and any associated winnings may be void.

I hope this clears things up a bit.

If you spell out exactly what "bonus abuse" is in your T&Cs, then that term is acceptable.

If you do not spell it out, then "bonus abuse" could be anything the management decide it is.
That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Players MUST know what rules are in place - otherwise how can they know if they are breaching them or not? :confused:

Opening multiple accounts is not bonus abuse - that is fraud, plain and simple.
No issue with that.
