I don't like using identical text links to other sites. As such, I always change them to suit. From what I'm reading in the above clause, I'm not permitted to do this, without written approval?

If that the case, then that wont work for me, sorry. I always make subtle changes to text wording, global. Sure not going to submit multiple requests to change words all the time.

That portion of the T&C's is in every contract now (or at least 99% of them for the past 3-4 years). I have never had a problem changing the links - I never use standard links, but I do lose out on some report information as a result.

That is a bit of a bummer - as is having to get to $500 for a pay-out (quite a struggle for a small-time affy like me and for a casino with a very "minor" software brand AND with a crap welcome bonus (see below)).

They have a $5,000 "high roller clause" which I am OK with, and the rest of the affy T&Cs look OK too

I'm a little bit concerned about the player Welcome Bonus terms:
They imply (I can't be 100% sure, because it's not on their website as far as I can see) that these bonuses have an INSANE WR of (D+B)x40.
Also, they don't say if these are Cashable or Phantom...(?)

From that they don't sound like a very good bet for affiliates to promote; so anyone doing OK with them?

For some reason I tend to get big players, so a small HR like this, isn't good for me.

Good catches KK, D+B *40 ...hmm that's a bit high for my liking too. EG - ($100+$100) * 40 = $8,000 wagering. As apposed to say D *30 only = $3,000 wagering. If the bonus is Phantom (non-cashable), that 40x is pushing it. Even with a Cashable bonus, it's still steep!

While I understand you'd probably like to form a close relationship with you partners and answering their questions in a 1 to 1 setting, will help this process. I think I can speak for most affiliates here and say, we'd much prefer to have programs answer our general concerns, here in the Drake forum.

It allows all of us to get a good grounding in what Drake is about, whilst maybe also addressing questions, we, as individuals may not think of.

1)Changing links "Bet4U"

As Andy mentioned, we dont need written requests for you to make changes as long as they are reasonable. So you can make the changes you normally make and we will not have a problem Bet4U

2) Min Withdrawal "KasinoKing"

The min withdrawal is indeed $500 unless you specifically request otherwise! I will work with each of you to ensure you are not only getting the right tools, but also getting the right treatment to suit your business.

3) Neteller

Thanks for addressing these concerns

I'm a firm believer in laying things on the line. In saying that, while I try to keep an open mind toward all new programs I sign up to, there is, as I'm sure your aware, some HUGE issues currently being addressed here at AGD and other forums. I wont name programs, I'm sure people know who I'm talking about.

The cornerstone for me is trust.
I'm not swayed by high % offers. Frankly I'd rather know I'm getting a genuine 30%, than say 50%, which has additional admin, licensing and whatever else is tacked on. Which at the end of the day, ends up dragging that % down to probably less that 30% in real-money-terms.

My objective here is not to heckle you or give you a hard time. On the other hand, I've been promised a lot of things over my 14 years in the industry. These days, lot of programs are bringing in all sorts of wild and exotic T&C's for affiliates and players alike. For me I need to be sure, who I decided to send traffic to, isn't going to burn my players or me either.

Nothing personal mate, it's just the way I'm doing business, these days.

In saying that, if there are any T&C's in the agreement, which, like the one I outlined above, are there just to stop people being ridiculous and such, will you sign-off on agreed amendments and also any bespoke agreements the program and I agree to?

That sounds very silly to me?? unless you specifically request otherwise?

I would like to request a minimum to be max 50-100 which is reasonable. Most program work with a 50 or 100.... How about just setup 50 or 100 as minimum payout for everyone?

I am sure this would be in any affiliates interest. Or please let me know any of you guys who wants it to be at least $500 minimum?

I dont see why this term has to or can be discussed private?

Also I agree with Bet4You. I hate most programs with these high admin and other charges. Basically you are paying tax twice on these? To mention affiliate lounge. I was happy when at 40% but to be true when they add charges of around 30-40% of revenue then what is left. And after their recent ladder revenue change I am prob getting around 10%

Let have a TRUE revenue from all programs. So 30% is 30% so a £10000 revenue would be £300. Not around £100.
