Welcome to AGD :)

@Guard Dog - is there an audit for Casoo?

If so can you provide the link, thanks!

@Daniel Casoo - some impressive daily withdrawal limits there, and lots of depositing methods available. However, couldn't find Wire withdrawals. Also, on a personal question... Do you accept AU players? And if so, are withdrawals paid back to Visa, or must I use BTC to receive winnings?

That's if you don't send bank wires ;)

I'm looking for a new home. The current casino I play at is hopeless. Just yesterday was told I'd have no more hassles with withdrawals sitting locked and perpetually in a pending state. VIP host (there's only 1) also promised to check my account 2x a day and clear any withdrawals.

How long did that last? Less that 24 hours. Had to contact him again today to ask that withdrawal is processed. Reiterating, totally hopeless.

Hi AussieDave,

We do accept AU players. Withdrawals are paid back via Ecopayz, Wiretransfer and Bitcoin. We are always searching for new payment methods and integrating when available to make it more convenient for the players to receive (withdraw) their winnings, therefore it is always a work-in-progress so to say.

You are more than welcome to join the Casoo galaxy. We take proper care of fellow space travellers here :)

If there is anything else, let me know, I will gladly help you.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Think you might want to check the Ecopayz availability.

They stopped allowing AU players to use their wallet to send or receive payments, from no one else other than, Australian fully licensed and regulated sportsbooks, 18+ months ago. They also canceled AU issued ATM cards too.

I did signup, and ended up dropping around $350 (though, I don't play with bonuses). Games loaded exceptionally fast, much faster than most browser based casinos I've played at. Site is easy to navigate. That matched with the level rewards, and other player benefits, were really impressive.

Also, like the number of Video Poker games you have.

Have a few negative feed-backs for you...
  • Quickspin slots - aside from 1 or maybe 2, the rest are set to a min bet size of $0.40, when every other casino I've played at, these are set at $0.20. Hence, wanted to play $0.60 a spin, but only option was $0.40 min, next was $0.80.
  • Quickspin again - The fast play button which looks like this: >> and is located under the autospin, and to the bottom left of the single-spin-button, on your QS games, the "fast play button" has been removed.
  • The leveling up - got a couple of freebies from that. BUT... activating them was a nightmare. In the end, after loading the stated games a few times, and no free-spins, I gave up and canceled the offers.
The base bet of $0.40 isn't a huge concern to me, but it will likely put low-rollers off.
  • $25 @ $0.40 a spin = 62.5 spins.
  • $25 @ $0.20 a spin = 125 spins.
I dare say a low-roller will go to another casino, if that casino offers Quickspin slots @ $0.20 a spin.

However, the absence of the "fast play button", its kinda off putting to me personally. I don't like that its been removed.

@Daniel Casoo - Player Withdrawals: (when ID has been verified etc) what are your usual time frames for sending Wires and also BTC?

Last but not least... Withdrawal processing. Do you pay on weekends, or just Monday to Friday, with limited hours. Or better yet. What are your withdrawal hours/days?

Hi Dave,

1. About Ecopayz - sure we will re-check
Nevertheless, our CC gateway withdrawals do work with VISA

2. The min. bet size could be a setting of the provider itself, namely, Quickspin and could be a setting of the platform of ours, there is little we can do to alter that. Also the min. bets depend on the specific slot you are playing, afaik min. bets in QS are $0.20 (USD) and other currency equivalents; therefore for AUD they could be rounding it up to 0.40 AUD (that makes the most sense in my opinion).

3. Fastplay / fastspin option is only available with a Maltese (or any other European) license. It has not been removed by us, it is not available to us. Quickspin does not grant a fastplay option to Curacao casinos.

4. About freebies, since our loyalty program is so complex a few issues here and there could be present. If you could describe them to me I could credit you a remedy prize. Same goes for live support, you are always welcome to address your issues with them an, minimum, they will change your levelup rewards to others that work and, normally, they give you something on top for the inconvenience.

Nevertheless, I am very sorry that the fun got ruined for you somewhat.

5. I would argue that Casoo attracts a very wide variety of customers because for a single deposit + first deposit bonus a user can enjoy more than 20-30 bonuses on top (levelup bonuses + glimmer rewards (glimmer shop) + races/leaderboards).

Especially the lowrollers, for a very small deposit they can enjoy a vast amount of rewards and have an outstanding user experience.

6. If a player has been verified than withdrawals are processed asap, namely it can be anywhere from 30 seconds to 30min depending on the specific daytime.

7. Our offices work 24/7 365, therefore we don't differentiate between working days or weekends, we pay at the same speeds and have no restrictions or delays because of weekends. Weekends, however, are staffed less, therefore a longer response time is to be expected.

Kind regards,
Daniel

@Daniel Casoo - I'm sure those who signup (even low rollers) will enjoy the difference at Casoo. My point was, $0.40 cents per spin om QS, when I've just played this week at Emu and SM, not withstanding, other casinos who also accept AU$, and have Quickspin games, all have their min bets set at $0.20 per spin.

Hence it's certainly not a currency conversion thing.

As far as withdrawal though, that's brilliant, ty. Finally a 'new' casino who, understands their operating a "casino" and as such, their Payment Team doesn't work M - F 9 to 5pm. Instead, it's open 24/7... I'm sure plenty of players will welcome this :)

Cheers

Dave

P.S. the Visa w/d is welcomed, I can assure you!

Hi Dave,

It is probably a currency alignment thing. Nevertheless, thank you for your input and I will look into it this week. Since, as I mentioned above, it is a network & platform-wide change it could be challenging to achieve such a drop because it could hurt the bottom line somewhat.

Thank you for the kind words, we really strive to provide the best user experience. We firmly believe that happy players are returning players and more.

Kind regards,
Daniel

I'm signing up for sure. And, if I'm taking that step (you know how critical I can be), then it should indicate these guys have their collect act together ;)

Hey Shay,

Our program has been around since May 30th. Our affiliate program is associated only with one casino brand - Casoo (www.casoo.com).

If you are interested in more details, please specify, I will gladly share them with the community here.

Kind regards,
Daniel

I was under the impression Casoo was a new casino, with new operators. Are you suggesting this is not the case?

I was asking if it was the case or not, as there are some other brands that share some similarities and looks to me that they may share owners or affiliate teams.

Me being me, I always check out a casino's IP, and that goes for the aff program too. Due Diligence I've done pretty much since day one of being an affiliate. Site uses CloudFlare and couldn't located a direct IP.

So I signed up to the casino, deposited, and tested it myself.

Aside from a few bugs, and glitches here and there, it was certainly impressive with all the player benefits of bonuses, loyalty point redemption on free spins, tangible goods, and hard-cold-cash (no wagering).

It seemed like a fairly decent Casino. And, with Daniel being responsive, and forthcoming with information, and the fact they were a Platinum Sponsor (AGD criteria to meet on that) I thought, I'd give them a go...

I signed up to their affiliate program sometime on Thursday 15'th, and received their acceptance notification email, Friday.

For the record, I never start out as a doubting Thomas. It's only when things don't seem as they are being portray, or other information is added, which may be divergent to what has been said, that I start investigating deeper.

Reiterating, received the Welcome aff program email from Casoo. Still a little curious to their IP address, so I pulled the email headers, and I'm then greeted by this:

X-Spam-source: IP='91.228.7.76', Host='mail.betitall.com', Country='GB',
FromHeader='casino', MailFrom='casino'
X-Spam-charsets: plain='utf-8', html='utf-8'
X-Resolved-to: xxxxxxxxxxx @ fastmail.com.au
X-Delivered-to: xxxxxxxxxxx @ fastmail.com.au
X-Mail-from: xxxxxxxx @ casoo.casino

For the record, I never start out as a doubting Thomas. It's only when things don't seem as they are being portray, or other information is added, which may be divergent to what has been said, that I start investigating deeper.

Then I find this:

Followed by these:
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/casino-vino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/wild-wild-bet/

Betitall however, doesn't share the same Curacao License as Casoo. Instead, that's:

Company name: Momus2006 N.V. 2016-004
Trade name: Momus2006 N.V. 2016-004

Registered Website(s) betitall.com

Casoo is using this Curacao Licensing Details:
Company name: SG International N.V.
Trade name: SG International N.V.

Registered Website(s): casinovino.com, casoo.com, playvino.com

@Guard Dog - I can no longer find the Platinum Certified Programs statement on AGD. It was here, even after LCB acquired AGD. But, seems that page has been removed since.

https://web.archive.org/web/2016042...ateguarddog.com/PlatinumCertifiedProgram.html

So with no (I can't find it) criteria for vetoing Platinum Sponsors, then, what rules (if any) determine acceptance of an affiliate program as a AGD Paid Platinum Sponsor?

@Guard Dog - Also, given LCB promotes Betitall Casino, I would have thought advising AGD members to Casoo's related connections with other programs and casinos, would have been the correct action to take. Especially as Daniel is the AM at both programs ;)
