PlazaWin Payment Issue

I have a problem with plaza payment...
Plaza manager told me to pay 10th of september, but didn't pay, and ignore my emails..
Maybe someone has the same problem?

I still didn't receive, and my account manager ignored me.

I saw you sent an email last night and today I started checking what's going on with regards to your requests however AffClub staff is currently on holiday (Jewish New Year now and offices are closed in Israel until Wednesday).

The fact I'm replying to you even though I'm on holiday ONE DAY after you sent your email is far from "ignoring" you. I asked you here to tell me what's the problem and it took you 4 days to write me an email.

Your request is being reviewed and once I get answers I will let you know. I'll also post the reply on the forum here.
