Hi Marina, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are as surprised as you are because this email was sent by casino support earlier than scheduled and without us having the time to inform affiliates about the migration / prompt them to open accounts at Lucky Jar. We have now asked casino support to suspend all mailers regarding Kitty Bingo until we notify our affiliates.

An email to our affiliates will go out today.

Kitty Bingo support will provide us a list of all registrations from today and for the rest of the week and we will compare them with the casino database to ensure tagged casino players will be tagged in Kitty as well.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We work to resolve this matter very soon.

Regards
Stelios

Ok thank you, just wanted to add, the e-mails have been sent out already on 25 Sept. 2012
at least we got them on this date, so you may want to check back more days to find players.

I only waited with posting in the hope that we would hear from wagerjunction about this.

Shame on you casino support LOL! (IMO it is more like bad communication / management or convenient to get some untagged players for free..........

I do not see a note to change links ?

I received their email today, regarding this matter:

Hi,

Windows Casino and King Solomons Casino are conducting a migration of players from their Casinos to Kitty Bingo.

To ensure that you get full credit for any players that are migrated from the Playtech platform to the new platform we need Affiliates to register an Account at the Lucky Jar Affiliate program: https://www.luckyjar.com/uk/

The migration of players will take place early next week so we have a limited time frame for Affiliates to register at Lucky Jar

Please email us with your Lucky Jar and Wager Junction IDs once done so we can ensure proper tagging.

Please Register at : https://www.luckyjar.com/uk/

We look forward to hearing from you.

Now maybe I'm just way behind but why are players being migrated from playtech and to the new platform? Is Lucky Jar owned by Wager Junction? I feel like we are being forced to join Lucky Jar. Can someone enlighten me please? Thanks

I got the e-mail from wagerjunction yesterday, and I signed up at Lucky Jar. ( Feeling exact same like Redbush, hate to be forced to sign up at any program)

Sent an e-mail to tell my AFF ID's and asked for confirmation, did not hear back yet,

Sending a Pm now with my ID's, just want to make sure you get them in time

Hello

to answer your questions, some (and not all) inactive players from Windows / King Solomons Casino have received an email to join Kitty Bingo. By inactive I mean old players who never deposited, or who have deposited in the past but haven't logged in for some time to the casinos.

Kitty Bingo is a new product that offers a wide range of casino games including IGT Slots , Microgaming Slots and Sheriff Slots. So we believe that by informing part of the casinos database of this new product some players might become active and/or play again. And this is why we ask affiliates to open accounts at LuckyJar.com, so they can earn commission in case their inactive casino players become active in Kitty Bingo.

Lucky Jar is a sister program to Wagerjunction, it's the affiliate program behind Spin And Win Casino (spinandwin.com) and Kitty Bingo.

There was a serious miscommunication with the casino support department which resulted in one bunch of emails going out earlier than scheduled. We thanked Marina for pointing this to us (as I wasn't in the list of emails and neither was anyone from my team) and we have asked the Kitty Bingo CRM department to provide us a list with registrations from 25 Sep onwards so we can match them with tagged casino players. Noone is forced to open an account at LuckyJar, and Wagerjunction remains in business as usual.

I hope the above are clear, let me know if you have any questions and I will happily answer them.

Best regards
Stel

It has been known since day 1 that Lucky Jar (SpinandWin) was a sister to the Wagerjunction group. Its a shame that the Playtech operations are closing though, they had more attractive subs etc for players.

Hi Mattsgame

as I explained above, the Playtech operations are not closing. It wasn't as clear in the first email we sent out so we sent another one yesterday stating the following:

The Playtech Casinos are not shutting down. They are healthy and going strong and will continue to do so. The migration to Kitty Bingo is targeted at inactive casino players.

The reasoning behind sending them to Kitty is simple, the platform has a wide range of casino games including IGT Slots, Microgaming Slots and Sheriff Slots. We think that this kind of tagged migration simply means that the traffic you sent in to Wager Junction in the past is still going to be working for you on a new product.

The team at Kitty have in the past completed these tagged migrations on massive Bingo rooms in the UK and we see no reason why we should not try and make your traffic work a bit harder for you.

To summarise, affiliates who work with Wager Junction and King Solomons / Windows Casinos can continue to do so.

Best regards
Stelios

Cool, so when are affiliate "wire transfer" payments sent out? Any particular date each month? :)

Hello
payments are made within the 15 first days of each month, but we usually pay between the 5th and the 10th.

Wire transfers have a minimum payment amount of $250 (it was $500 in the past but we lowered it so more affiliates can get paid more often), and there is no fee involved from our side.

All the info regarding commissions and payments can be found here: Casino Affiliates Commissions

Best regards
Stelios
