Platin Casino Affiliates - No Payment - Not Answered - UNRESOLVED

I have been working with Platin Casino Affiliates since 1919. Everything was fine. Now I have asked to pay the commission for January-August 2021. Lena demanded an invoice. This is very strange, because I am an individual and just have Skrill. Good, I sent them an invoice that I found on their website. Lena replied that the invoice was incorrect. I asked for help. Lena replied that they do not help and if I want help, I need to hire specialists for my money so that they will make me an invoice. I wrote to them three more times asking them to pay the money. They didn't answer me anymore.

Hi,
appologies for the troubles in communication here, invoice example sent now. He just needs to fill in his details and send back.

However just want to clarify some points here, we're requesting invoices since January 21 and we've sent several reminders regarding this change. So the fact one Affiliate didn't request payments for past 8 months or notified any of those info mails doesn't makes this requirement new or coming out of nowhere.

We're following maltese accounting and tax regulations here and also managed to speed up our payment process significantly with this change.

Anyway should have sent this example sheet earlier, so my bad and appologies for that. Considering this complaint as solved and any open balance will be paid after receival of proper invoice.

Hello, also have a payment issue due to skrill for few months but no payment recieved since i fixed it 2 months ago and no answer when mailing.

I have always got paid from Platin, sometimes late and after multiple e-mails asking about when the commissions will be paid.

Can be they are short of staff or only have 1 person taking care of many things, resulting in deleyd payments. We are all humans at the end, so when one person calls in sick or something, maiby that effects payments etc.

Keep e-mailing and asking for payments is my suggestion, i do not dought you will get paid it's just when.

Same situation here with payments to Skrill from Platin. I have been sending them invoices from October 2021 about my payments and also writing to Lena on Skype. Only in January 2022 (a week ago) they replied to my invoice email asking to update their address in my invoice, which I quickly did. As for now, still no payments.

It was much better with Platin in previous years, but last year is just frustrating.

We have also a missing payment from November. But Lena told us that the payment will be done together with the December invoice...
