Hi there Dave,

I know there was a difference in payment as the cycle ended and renewals were processed a little late.

However I do also know that an email was sent explaining this and stating that the additional payment would be made seperately with the extra necessary to cover any fees!?

Please double check your email account for this communication.

I know there was a difference in payment as the cycle ended and renewals were processed a little late.

Well that's strange because I checked the account on 29'th and it displayed the correct %. I checked on the 1'st and it was displaying the same amount. So sometime in those first few days after the 1'st of Oct 2011 it changed to the wrong commission %.

However I do also know that an email was sent explaining this and stating that the additional payment would be made seperately with the extra necessary to cover any fees!?

As I stated in my repsonding email to my rep Shane V (the email I've yet to receive a repsonse to). I hold no doubt with this being paid correctly. That's not my issue however.

My issues are and reiterating, I checked the data twice and both times it was correct %. Why it changed I have no idea and it seems neither yourself or my rep can give me a proper answer to why...That's important to me becuase I don't want to be chasing payments each month.

The previous month (Sept 2011) my Neteller details were not transfered to my account. It was not until 4 days later I discover commision had been paid that I had to chase up payment.

Now this month I'm 50% short.
I was told it was fixed when clearly it wasn't. Which ultimately means I have to go chasing it, again.

As I acknowleged above...I received that email you mention and I responded back.
BUT...when I don't receive a reply back I get annoyed.

I dare say from what you've been told your not aware of my responding email. Maybe now you can understand why I'm so narky.

I'm sure you don't like feeling ignored, nor do I!
I don't think it's too much to expect a returned response, do you?

Edit: When I met Shane and Tarryn in Adelaide and we cut a deal, I specifically told Shane don't ever ignore me. Whilst I appreciate Shane's assistance over the last 7 months, I don't know why he just couldn't repsond back to my email. If he couldn't, get someone else who could, just don't ignore me!

Mybe it's a Y gen thing... I ordered Pizza last night, 90 min later it's still not here. I phone the shop and I get sorry man my BAD...WTF...Least to say I told him what he could do with the pizza. The point is, this goose screwed up and instead of coping his BS, all I expected was him tellnig me they'll get a fresh one out to me ASAP. Instead I get some f#cked up Y gen attitude.

Regards

Dave
