I don't know how much truth there is to their story about the bank closing down.. but at least they were right about eventually paying us, so it does look like funds are becoming available somehow, hopefully you'll be seeing your payment soon. They're aware of this thread and I guess they'd be keen to see a positive outcome on it ?

I had a message last week to assure me I am going to be paid but unable to say when. So hopefully will be resolved, it is a shame as I would be happy to promote them more but 6 months and more to be paid and still waiting??? Hard to take but I hope to be able to post good news this week that I have been paid and I can vouch for them etc

Gotta say I didn't believe them when they assured me that I would eventually be paid at some unspecified point in the future, so was pleasantly surprised, hopefully you will be too.

Same. To be fair, they have always said they would, just not when. Obviously thats no good in of itself anyway but it has been so long now that I would be delighted and very appreciative of getting paid now regardless. It would certainly go a long way to restoring their reputation on here espescially if it is sooner rather than later. I have asked yesterday (Monday) for it to be this week so I will update hoprfully with payment confirmation before Saturday or at least with any updates. Fingers crossed, hopefully the AM who does seem a decent person can find the time to post here with reassurances of improved payments etc to resume a great working relationship again

Just a quick update,
I had an email back from AM yesterday to say that some payments had been released and they will all eventually be settled. They added that I will hopefully be prioritised and added their apologies for the delay.
So a positive update and I appreciate their comms are back again.
Hopeful that I wwill soon post a PAID update with lots of smiles etc etc

Just an update, I did not recieve any payment this week and as its 4.47am on Saturday morning I am guessing I wont over the weekend either.
The affiliate manager seems a good person and I think they really want this sorted as well. Finngers crossed for next week

Good person or not, I'm sure this person receives their monthly salary, every month. If this AM had to go months without being paid, they would have resigned ages ago...

Commissions owed, and promises of payment but with no payment date. Not the same, but Stockholm Syndrome comes to mind...

Just some food for thought ;)

Too true, mate. It is not good or very good business on their part. However. I am remaining optimistic that this can be resolved and classic affiliates can rebuild their reputation on here and with us.
Stockholm Syndrome? That made me chuckle. Not at that point yet but I think this will be remedied better with a diplomatic approach and the potential for the AM to do the right thing for their business here now for all to see....

Messaged AM yesterday asking if I could be paid this week but no reply just yet.
How many others are still waiting on payments from classic? I have lost track now

No updates to give as yet regarding this. Did have a message from the AM yesterday to say they had not heard from the finance team which seems a little unusual as I assumed they were probably in the same office. I asked if they could contact them yesterday in that case to get something sorted as opposed to waiting and hoping but I have not recieved a response to that. Insert ominous......'s

At least they did get back to you in some regard - I went months without hearing anything! I'd say it's a good sign they are still communicating.

I do hope it is a good sign. The AM has a fantastic oppurtunity now to redeem their reputation so lets hope for any of us waiting that they come good ASAP. Not next month etc etc

So on Friday I recieved a message to say they had prioritised my payment and were sending me 300 euros. This is nice and all, however 300 euros doesnt correspond to a payment amount and is also 1200 euros short of an outstanding payment of over 6 months!!! And I have yet to even recieve the 300 euros in any case.
I have thanked the AM and asked for an explanation and also reiterated that I need the outstanding balance (all the balance as it stands) NOW. My very long standing patience is wearing very thin now.....but 2 emails have gone unreplied to.
Admin, if you read this?, what is your stance over this, please??
As always, I hope the AM reads this and can vindicate themslves and their company. Promises dont pay bills however and money talks

Hey!

I was cooperating some time ago with them but they didn't seem trustworthy and I quit promoting them early enough to not to have a major problem with payments. If this affiliate is still as a "certified", something has to change.

So a very dissapointing week last week again with this compnay. After the "mix up" with my payment details, I still have not recieved any money, be it part payment or not. Contact stopped on Friday with the AM after some increasingly desperate messages from myself. I have pointed out several times in emails with him that these payments were meant to be the following month vs 7 months plus....again, I am not sure wether an Admin could at least contact them on my behalf and that of others owed money from them?
Hope to hear something today, not expecting much now but I hope to be proven wrong

After my last message from the AM (they didn't fixed "the problem".. they will try) I wrote some messages, but I didn't get an answer since over two Weeks from the AM..... Sad Story... More than 10 month now.... I lost All of my hope...

So , I have recieved a small part paymnt from them. Which is good in a way, however the large remaining balance has worryingly now gone a bit quiet. I have messaged the AM to ask for it to be settled before the end of the month. I hope to report back with payment confirmation as opposed to a non commital and vague message assuring me I will be paid etc etc

Sadly all comms have stopped currently with the AM. It is a shame as they were really good again recently irrespective of being vague or non commital in replying. Worringly, no contact again right now and still a sizeable amount owed from over 6 months ago.
