Payments and calculating the commission

On 25th November you wrote a review on CAP, I asked you to do so but the text was composed entirely by you! Three weeks ago, before you learn that there is no commission for you this month, we were a 5-star affiliate program and I and my team were one of the best professionals in the iGaming industry. Ten days later, we are rubbish...
Somehow... this is not making much sense to me.

Regarding "13.1. All information, including but not limited to business and financial matters.... and personal data ..... shall be treated confidentially." There is no personal data shared but statistics, which the affiliate in question was happy to share in order to resolve his problem. I welcome everyone to read the relevant post. I also invite affiliates to search for other posts made by you on forums, it seems that we are not the only affiliate program that you have tried attacking for your personal gain.

Mickey, I tried to stay out of this as much as possible as Konstantinos is your Account Manager, but after your last post I have no option but to intervene as this is full of slanderous allegations and untruths.

You opened this thread complaining about a late payment which I apologised for and confirmed that the delay was of only one day - in fact the payment was sent on the same day you opened the thread. All of a sudden it turned into an all out attack on the affiliate program, the casino itself, and my collegue Konstantinos. What is difficult to understand is how one day your were so happy with our program, and the next you are calling us all sorts of names, when Konstantinos has given you perfect answers to your questions, AND is still looking into the matter which you have been referring to all along.

With regards to the Terms and Conditions, both on the Casino as well as on the Affiliate Program, they are there for everyone to see in black and white. Our Affiliate T&Cs are certified as Highly Affiliate Friendly on this forum as well as on other Affiliate Forums, whilst our Casino T&Cs are pretty standard to most of other casinos out there. We have nothing to hide, from Affiliates OR from Players.

You make a point of mentioning that commissions are worked out manually. Yes, I can confirm that at the moment they are, for the simple reason that we are not happy at all with the PT Affiliate backend, so instead of just paying out affiliates what could be wrong amounts, we manually check each and every affiliate's monthly figures to make sure that they are paid correctly. Statements are sent out once a month too with the final figures, so all affiliates can see how they have been reached. Thankfully we shall be moving to Netrefer soon and this will not be necessary anymore. So once again, the way we are working is to make sure that everthing is correct for all of us involved.

We have a large number of affiliates, and although we do have the occassional issue here and there, these are always solved promptly. You are the only one who has come up with all these accusations and allegations. If you have any tangible proof showing that Club Gold Casino and/or Club Gold Partners in any way "cheat" affiliates or players please feel free to take the matter forward with any relevant authority, with whom we would be more than happy to collaborate. If on the other hand, this whole issue is only due to frustration over players winning in the casino (as happens in any casino) or any personal issue you might have with Konstantinos, then I really dont think that this forum is the right place for you to be venting your frustration.

The original question was: Had we changed our T&Cs regarding commission payment date and my answer to that was No. In fact the affiliate was paid on the same day he opened the post, just one day later than the 15th. From then the whole issue, for some strange reason degenerated into what you see above.

With regards to the one question you found, the reason why we calculate the commissions manually at the moment is down to the fact that the PT backend does not allow us to calculate commissions according to the formula we have outlined in our Terms & Conditions hence the manual calculations. This issue has been addressed and the manual calculations will stop once we migrate to Netrefer and everything is worked out automatically

Youre right - its big chaos , and it is hard to find my questions.Club gold managers didnt answered, or created many replies about nothing.

When i have found this not normal player activity , why Konstantinos didnt answer by 8 days , next he confirmed that -5000 usd will be removed from statistics because as he checked , it was mistake (screen nr 1) but here, on affiliateguarddog forum he believed that i deleted his emails/chats and he started ... i dont know other words than cheating me!!! ???

Can you look into the ND Bonus from the player? The negative amount that offset the commission was -$5160. However, a player cannot win that much off a ND bonus considering you have a $50 max limit. Once this is taken care of and explained, we can all get back to our lives.

No Guard Dog - it was only one , most important question - and i want to reapeat again , that every question is about facts and based on facts.

1.) Question about -$5160 , with answer from other clubgold manager qutoted here many times earlier - this is 100% fact , with proofs - printscreens from skype and gmail. This fact wasnt commented by this manager , also Carmel cant comment it.
And honestly - i want to stop improvising , to be not punished by this forum admins or accused of unsubstantiated opinions !!! - even blind man can comment screenshot from my affiliate account , with -$5160 net gaming , without any depositors activity.

2.) Next fact - (question without any answer) - why manager Konstantios lied his customers on public most respected forum without any consequnces? this is 100% fact , with proofs - printscreens from skype and gmail and also not commented here by nobody.(including Konstantinos)

3.) Next fact - why they need to calculate commissions manually?What kind of fees they have to deduct every month manually? Why its no answer?

4.) Last from important facts - why they allow on spam advertising? 2 spammers emails posted here , and tons of threads about club gold spam in google top10 (phrase club gold casino)

Reasons of no comments from club gold? Fact is - only 2 logical reasons can be - they cant comment or they dont want to comment because they cant.

It was my last post in that case here - im sure that this thread can be closed.

Hi GD, apologies for the late reply, I'm currently on holidays out of the country.

When a player wins a large amount from a NDB, we have seen that due to the $50 withdrawal limit, most players will keep playing with these funds until they either reach a balance of $50 which they then withdraw or lose all the funds. So the negative NR is automatically cancelled out as the player plays. In this case, the player won on the 30th of the month so there was no time for this to happen and the affiliate earnings were effected negatively. However, once the player plays with the funds during December, should he lose them, the affiliate is now going to have a positive NR on which he will obviously earn commission. If the player decides to withdraw before he has a balance of $50, then the difference is deducted from his balance and a manual adjustment done to reflect this in the NR generated by the player, which we, for our own accounting purposes, also need to be correct.

Each case however has to be evaluated on a case by case basis, and we can never take a decision until the player eventually decides to withdraw. However as anybody can see there is no cheating, fraud, shaving etc involved. This particular case came at the "wrong timing"
