Club Gold terms:

7.3. The commission shall be calculated at the end of each calendar month and payment shall be effected between the 10th and 15th day of the subsequent month

Is 7.3 still valid or it was changed and commission calculating + payments will be later from this month?

... i dont have other choice and i have to post here all details related to my cooperation with clubgold , because i have enough to be non stop ignored , i have enough to read emails with promises or skype texts : "I am with your side" "do not worry , I am always here to help" etc, and i have enough to feel like an idiot.

In attached file was pdf file with commission calculation.It was very specific calculation, because my commission was reduced by 40 percent compared to statistics from clubgold affiliates.

Nobody never ever told me what kind of fees are not correct , why other playtechs using the same system does not have to manually calculate commissions

By 30 November, everything was ok.
I had about $1100 commission and ... one hour before the midnight big winner appeared in the statistics.
Player won $5000 without making any deposit.It seemed like a strange thing and i decided to contact instantly with clubgold (skype)

I had not forgotten you but this case was too complicated to answer any faster. I have a look at our system, the player you are talking about is Hxxxxxxxx
He has made no deposit, so even if he has cause a negative net revenue to your account, it is not true. Once the player asks to withdraw his winnings, they get cancelled and he only receives $50. So the negative -5,160 is being replaced by whatever the revenue is with the new updated stats (winnings) of the player.

I dont want to post more emails or skype chats - everything was in the same style (commission will be corrected and report will be tommorow, asap, soon etc etc.)

Finally i did receive today few emails:
"Your account seems to be negative this month. I will check carefully later today to make sure that there no mistake.
At the moment I am driving so I cannot do it from the car. Will check it for you later this evening."

I am very happy for anyone to search in the affiliate forums and find the case which you are describing. Worth mentioning that the affiliate account at Club Gold Casino was not opened by you but by your business partner at the time who had not provided us with any bank details.

it is completely out of our hands.

I hope this is my last post in that case.Im not big affiliate , they are big company with biiig budget - but i will never give up until i will not warn all other affiliates , on every affiliate forum.

I knew from the first post here , that this is almost not possible that they will answer on my questions because they (or their manager) were catched on cheating , and good answers for them simply doesnt exists.
This is not possible that they will pay me - because it will be same like to say "yes, we are (our our worker is) guilty".

So, what was main reason of this post?


TO WARN OTHER AFFILIATES

Im only "middle affiliate" (as Konstantinos said) , but based on my printscreens and club gold advertising scheme - it is logical and really possible that most of big affiliates (revshare) receiving not real commissions.

Example:
Club gold giving no deposit codes non stop, every week.
"Big affiliate" generated f.e. $1800 commission at monday
At the same monday 3 no deposit players won 3 x $300 , and as you can check on my example , full winnings will be deducted from "Big affiliate" earnings (should be only 3x$50). "Big affiliate" will see final commission for monday as $900 and - everything will looks ok.But it should be $1800 - (3x$50).

There is much much more facts , which showing that club gold think that are above the law, not respect any rules and playing not fair :

Affiliate terms:

6.1. You hereby warrant and undertake:

Tons of spam with their offers sent to players--- two fresh examples : support@tradingxpress.net , glubgoldpromos@gmail.com banner.clubgoldcasino.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=guilaz11&profile=guilaz11 etc etc etc , more you can find on affiliate forums or ... in your spam folder.

13.1. All information, including but not limited to business and financial matters.... and personal data ...... shall be treated confidentially.

I cant find part of terms that Konstantinos can check casino players datas and post some details on public forums?Here is example of affiliate "Martin" from gpwa:

Club gold know from many months, that this term is not true because they have to calculating commissions manually.

This is my last post as it is taking too long of my time for no reason. I think I have already answered all your questions. If you think you are a hero coming here warning other affiliates, please allow me to ask you, if the program is horrible and we are cheating on affiliates, why have you decided to promote us?

There is a very simply way to stop your discomfort, you can close your affiliate account and you can do that at any time. I promise that investigations will continue on your account, and if it is found that there was a mistake in calculating your commission (which seems unlikely) you shall not only receive my sincere apologies but also the amount due to you. Remember, posting on forums is not going to get you more commission than what you have earned.

On 25th November you wrote a review on CAP, I asked you to do so but the text was composed entirely by you! Three weeks ago, before you learn that there is no commission for you this month, we were a 5-star affiliate program and I and my team were one of the best professionals in the iGaming industry. Ten days later, we are rubbish...
Somehow... this is not making much sense to me.

Regarding "13.1. All information, including but not limited to business and financial matters.... and personal data ..... shall be treated confidentially." There is no personal data shared but statistics, which the affiliate in question was happy to share in order to resolve his problem. I welcome everyone to read the relevant post. I also invite affiliates to search for other posts made by you on forums, it seems that we are not the only affiliate program that you have tried attacking for your personal gain.

You are more than welcome to bring any third party to the investigation process. There is nothing to hide from our side.

Mickey, I tried to stay out of this as much as possible as Konstantinos is your Account Manager, but after your last post I have no option but to intervene as this is full of slanderous allegations and untruths.

You opened this thread complaining about a late payment which I apologised for and confirmed that the delay was of only one day - in fact the payment was sent on the same day you opened the thread. All of a sudden it turned into an all out attack on the affiliate program, the casino itself, and my collegue Konstantinos. What is difficult to understand is how one day your were so happy with our program, and the next you are calling us all sorts of names, when Konstantinos has given you perfect answers to your questions, AND is still looking into the matter which you have been referring to all along.

With regards to the Terms and Conditions, both on the Casino as well as on the Affiliate Program, they are there for everyone to see in black and white. Our Affiliate T&Cs are certified as Highly Affiliate Friendly on this forum as well as on other Affiliate Forums, whilst our Casino T&Cs are pretty standard to most of other casinos out there. We have nothing to hide, from Affiliates OR from Players.

You make a point of mentioning that commissions are worked out manually. Yes, I can confirm that at the moment they are, for the simple reason that we are not happy at all with the PT Affiliate backend, so instead of just paying out affiliates what could be wrong amounts, we manually check each and every affiliate's monthly figures to make sure that they are paid correctly. Statements are sent out once a month too with the final figures, so all affiliates can see how they have been reached. Thankfully we shall be moving to Netrefer soon and this will not be necessary anymore. So once again, the way we are working is to make sure that everthing is correct for all of us involved.

We have a large number of affiliates, and although we do have the occassional issue here and there, these are always solved promptly. You are the only one who has come up with all these accusations and allegations. If you have any tangible proof showing that Club Gold Casino and/or Club Gold Partners in any way "cheat" affiliates or players please feel free to take the matter forward with any relevant authority, with whom we would be more than happy to collaborate. If on the other hand, this whole issue is only due to frustration over players winning in the casino (as happens in any casino) or any personal issue you might have with Konstantinos, then I really dont think that this forum is the right place for you to be venting your frustration.
