Hi all

Just wanted to share some feedback about this program.

I was a very active poker affiliate and i used to promote a room called Noiqpoker. This program was merged with 24hpoker and with igame.com. For some fluck of luck, i had the same email registered to another room of the group, pokeriuone, so my mail was denied entry on the new system and migration took longer for me. Now bear in mind, this shit was in 17 February of 2013, i was told i should wait 2 weeks to see my player but the truth is i got robbed, no players ever got migrated, and they all got their accounts at the new poker room. Despite this i never got a final say or a fix to my problem. My affiliate account at pokeriuone, was also deleted, and now i check my stats an my rate of registration is 0.01% clearly low when comparing with others on my site.

So unless you have a big site with Scandinavian traffic or your tight with Shaun, i would say better to stay clear, because its obvious some shit is wrong with my account and i dont think no1 gives a fuck...

These are some very heavy accusations.

Please don't take this the wrong way but I have no idea who you are as this is the first I heard of such accusations, I would be grateful if you can supply me your affiliate usernames or email info via PM or email shaun.oneill@igame.com so I can look into these accusations that happened prior to my arrival.

I can assure that iGame as company only has the best interests of our affiliates partners in my mind and would not conduct any under hand tactics to damage our reputation and as for being "tight with me" that is neither hear or there we have strict rules that we follows as company and these rules do not favour one affiliate over another no matter the amount of traffic you send.

I think it is only fair that you supply your info to me so I can have 24 hours to look into your accusations.

Regards

Shaun

I agree, give Shaun a chance to look into this. He has always been a very reputable dude and would not work with a company that isn't (IMO)

no i talked to you and Jan Veit, im partly to blame i confess because i did not made another account in time, but even when done, i neither saw it running right nor did i ever saw my noiq poker players, and this is a fact, i put the remote chance im too much of a dumb ass to not be able to call the stats correctly, but from what i can see none of my stats or players ever got into my affiliate account. having said that im here not to accuse you, only to share my experience...

Im not hoping to see this ever done, in what im concerned im done with you guys. if you ever want to take a look at it, i sent you my user on PM.

Hi Guys

I have spent a couple of hours today looking into the accusations made against iGame and I can happily confirm that are totally unfounded and incorrect accusations.

In short this affiliate sent the company then NoiQ a total of 19 players, at the time of sending the players the company had a Costa Rican gaming licence and in 2010 they changed it to a Maltese license and the players had to confirm that they accepted the terms and conditions set under the LGA, 12 of the 19 did not accept the terms and did not continue. If any of these 12 ever decide to log in and accept the terms they will automatically be tagged to his account and he will get paid on them.

The remaining 7 players all opened new accounts but only one created a poker alias and they have non of them have played since moving over to the Maltese license.

As it stands this affiliate still has all 19 players that he sent to NoiQ tagged under his affiliate account and they are not active and he not been robbed by NoiQ or iGame.

I hope this helps to explain things.

Thanks

Shaun

FIY at one single tournament we could have something like hundreds of players, you telling me my noiqpoker account had 19 players? that is really moronic specially since most tourneys had registry to only my tagged players... obvious we cant really know now can we? anyway, like i said, and i stand by what i said, the all process was fucked up, some guys had accounts at other poker rooms with the same operator and could not use email, im sure i was not the only one with this problem... anyway and like i said, im here to share my side of things was not really expecting nothing to be done, im sure not now, knowing your clueless at what even my noiq aff account was like...

The process that you are referring to of last year has nothing to do with your 19 players, your players stopped before Feb 2013, but if you want to discuss the merge of the NoiQ account i am very happy to do so as i have the whole email chain from you and the affiliate manager at the time.

From what I read in the email chain you didn't follow the steps in the required time frame but you did not lose any players because of this and the whole process for you to open a new account took a hue amount of time.

I think if you are honest no matter what I had written as a reply you would have not been happy as you feel that something under hand has happened hence your false accusations, but after spending a couple of hours of my day looking at the data this is just not the case.

I wish you luck with your business.

Regards

Shaun

at the time of sending the players the company had a Costa Rican gaming licence

Costa Rica has never issued Gaming Licenses.

Casinos, Sportsbooks et al in Costa Rica who claim to hold a CR gaming license are talking out their backsides. The Butcher, the Baker and the Candle Stick maker all have a Costa Rica Business License and that's the only License CR issues.

I'm really surprised you didn't know this Shaun...just sayin!

Everyone involved... play nice, please. I don't see the point in making each other feel like they are being attacked, it does not go towards solving a problem.

Let's solve problems instead.

My bad what I should have written was that the servers where based in Costa Rica so when NoiQ decided to move to a Maltese license the players had to accept the LGA terms.

Yes you are right I should have know that considering I lived in Costa Rica for the best part of 2 years.
